This company is CHEAP, in every sense of the word so you get what you pay for in the customer service area. They don’t package your orders properly, they put all your items (ie, tops, caps, sprayers) in one plastic bag for you figure out. Im not sure who people spoke with they called but there customer service SUCKS, PAULINE JORDAN IS HORRIBLE. I only continue to order from them because there prices are cheap, i will spend the extra money to do business elsewhere. Twice i received the incorrect order, PAULINE JORDAN, didn’t even have the decency to call me back to resolve my issue, she just sent my order out. If she would have called me back, there could have been a resolution that would have been much better than this. I will contact every entity in the Kentucky area to file a complaint against them.
