I have done a lot of work with individuals who have experienced a number of traumatic events and who would like to change their use of substances.I specialize in working with adults and use an integrative approach heavily influenced by motivational and cognitive behavioral therapies. I treat a range of symptoms & diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety, health problems, trauma/PTSD, addiction, personality disorders, stress/anger management, sleep problems, relationships, gambling and addictions. Your success will be our primary focus. Though therapy is a serious endeavor, clients appreciate that, when appropriate, I bring humor and light-heartedness into the room.
