Since 2003 I have been a customer with them. The service is getting worse! Hard selling of facial packages and when you purchase the package, the next few sessions they would say the package doesn”t suit you and then keep recommending other new facial package to try and hard sell. What blows me up today is they failed to contact me yesterday to remind me the appointment today. Then they called in the morning today and I said I cannot make it. Why didn”t they call me yesterday? The usual practice is they called a day earlier to confirm the appt but they failed to contact me. So they are just going to count it as a session deducted. I told them unable to contact the customer successfully is a failed call, it should not be counted as one call made. Agood customer service should call later, after all they close late at night, they can always call again like what they have been doing. How can a failed call by the salon become a customer”s fault and deduct one session. I will finish my package with them and say goodbye finally to them. What a way to treat a long term customer. So sad that they don”t know how to value old time customers. Say NO to Modern Beauty Salon.
