Making the decision to come to therapy can often be difficult. I strive to create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere to help foster change and overcome challenges. Utilizing a strength based approach, I draw from various modalities, including person centered, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness, to best meet the needs of each individual, couple or family. The goal of therapy is to improve the quality of your life and emotional well-being.I have specialized training in Maternal Mental Health (Postpartum depression and anxiety, perinatal loss & grief) and working with clients who have experienced sexual trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety. Throughout my training I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings providing individual, family and group therapy to children, teens and adults.To make my services more available I currently have evening and weekend telehealth sessions available, as well as, in office sessions.
