You are not alone in this walk. I offer a supportive, warm and laid back therapy style. I am not in the space of judgment and welcome you to come as you are. Therapy or asking for help is not a sign of weakness; but part of the human experience. We all want to connect and sometimes it is easier with a non-biased neutral person.I am EMDR certified by the EMDR Institute of Trauma. I practice many different trauma modalities and love to link past trauma to self esteem and behavior patterns. I also have 10 years of experience in the addiction and mental health field. I have experience with trauma, addition, anxiety, depression and many other comorbid disorders.I live family work and encourage it if it meets the client’s needs. Couples, children, siblings, many times have a lot of healing to work on and I encourage family support and working through the issue rather than around it.
