Often I find just having someone have understand us and support us in our own unique way is the best approach.My goal in therapy is to help support, encourage, educate and listen to you. Together we identify the issues or concerns and pursue problem solving techniques. I use Cognitive Behavioral techniques, stress relief, and positive reflective coaching.
