Therapy is a very personal and important step towards creating the life you want and deserve. I take great care to make sure my interventions are both scientifically sound and best practices. I enjoy doing work with couples and use the Gottman Method to help couples work through difficult issues in their marriage. I also enjoy Individual therapy, focusing on trauma, psychological illness and self-growth. I have experience with clients of all ages, gender and psychological disorders.I am also trained in neurofeedback, a type of biofeedback that trains the brain to calm the body, increase focus, decrease anxiety and manage panic disorders. I am trained in EMDR (eye movement and desensitization reprocessing) for PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and have worked with many suffering from trauma.I work with persons suffering from Anxiety and/or OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) by using a form of Cognitive Behavior Therapy called Exposure Response Prevention Therapy.
