Clients come to me because they struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, feeling lost and stuck in patterns they don‚Äôt like. Many of my clients are experiencing life transitions; their career has become more demanding, their interpersonal relationships are strained and they are not feeling a strong sense of themselves. I help people turn these transitions into opportunities for growth by helping them gain control over their emotions and take meaningful steps towards goals that make life meaningful.I work with clients who feel broken, unlovable and stuck. This is often the result of hurtful messages they received growing up, that took away self esteem , self confidence and left shame and self hatred in its place. I can help you find your strengths, develop self-compassion and lift yourself out of unhealthy patterns. I support clients to develop what you want in your life, notice and change patterns, establish boundaries and life balance and strengthen your sense of self.
