Purchased a myhydrate water bottle, and used it for a few months. Out of the blue, it just stopped working. Battery was replaced, still won’t work. Emailed company several times about defective product, and they refuse to respond to my emails. I tried to call several times, and never get a response to my messages. Very poor customer service, and company does not stand by their product.

September 2016 bought a bundle 2 bottles paid 68.79. October 21, 2016 I contacted them about returning the bottle since they didn”t do what it said it would do which was keep track of the water consumed. I asked for a shipping label they never provided more than address. They agreed to refund me and now refused. The return shouldn”t be this complicatedx. They refused my return since they claim is longer than 30 Days even though they were contacted within the 30 days. I have emails to Prove.
