The absolute worst customer service I have EVER recieved in my life! As a military spouse that moves frequently I ensured when I signed up that if we move somewhere there is no gym that I coulod cancel my membership. Premier would not live up to that and made the process to cancel so rediculious that you have to cut off your right arm and submit a blood sample to ensure you are who you say you are. They lost my paperwork and then tried to tell me it was my fault. I resubmitted my paperwork to cancel and then they charged me additional late fees for not paying that months dues I was cancelling for. Totally unprofessional!!! I discourage anyone from using this company!!!
