The person we spoke to on the phone about signing up TOTALLY misrepresented what this company was all about.I specifically asked her if we were going to receive a credit card with a credit line of $8000.00.She said yes, she flat out lied.Needless to say we canceled our membership and we were supposed to get a full refund.But they said there were 2 memberships thats why they kept withdrawing money from our account.When I talked to them about 6 months ago they said they were processing our refund.They now owe us $1, 187.00.I reported them to the Better Business Bureau but they got just as far as we did.I have talked to an attorney about this company.This company is definately what I call a SCAM!!!I think it needs to be put on the news so nobody gets ripped off like us.Its been almost a year and several insufficent funds later and we still have nothing.When I try to call as soon as I put the membership # in it disconnects.I tried e-mails, phone calls, faxes and nothing has worked with these people…

Took my money without delivering the goods and when i asked for a refund they said it was on the way its been about 4mos now and I have been calling daily. Looks like i have to go to DC to confront this scam artist and get my money back. They will not take me for a ride. Bouncemasters Plus is my company in Baltimore, Maryland and if anybody in Baltimore got taken for a ride look me up and lets fight these people together. We cant continue to stand for this type of stuff. My company is too small to be taken every little bit count. I’m beyond pissed.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I WAS ALERTED TO A CHECK DRAFT ON MY CHECKING ACCOUNT (NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED) IN THE AMOUNT OF $359.40. WHEN I FILED FRAUD CHARGES WITH THE BANK, IT SEEMS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO OUR COMPANY TWO TIMES BEFORE. HOWEVER, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE CHARGE IS FOR…WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE COMPANY, THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND THEN JUST DISCONNECT AND YOU HAVE TO START ALL OVER. I, M NOT SURE HOW TO RECOVER OUR FUNDS…IN RESEARCHING THIS ISSUE, I AM SURE WE ARE NOT THE ONLY VICTIMS BUT PROOF IS ANOTHER MATTER. I, VE SINCE CANCELLED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. DO I HAVE ANY OPTIONS??????

This company is a fake they mailed me information to be a member and told me it would only cost 1.00 they have already took out 149.00 out of my account and tried several other times to take 349.00 they never sent me a packet. They said i could canc in 30 days after if received my packet. I marked this day on my calander to canc and guess what there is no customer service to canc. I called back the activation number and tried to get help they were very rude and told me i didn”t hold on long enough for customer service i said how long becasue i was on hold up to 15 min, they guy was very rude and said you need to wait up to 30 min thats when i knew this was a scam no company is going to ask someone to hold on for 30 min. The guy get very rude and offensive it sounded like i had called someones house or something. I just want my money back and these people should be stopped. I am a small business and i have had to close my account and reopen another

They pitch a good story to assist your business for a $1 trail. I gave them (like a fool) my bank routing # and they have to date twice taken $359.00 from my account 7-14-15 and Twice said they are sorry and will refund. Received nothing. D.C. Office phone number disconnected and 3rd party handling complaints in California won”t give their name. I left the account open to receive it back instead they did it again. How do we report these crooks to the authorities. Please someone advise us getting ripped off. I have read over 30 of these today on multiple sites.

This is a doctor’s office & we keep getting REPEATED phone calls from this company. All they do is call & sit there for a minute, then hang up on us. They have even put our call “on hold” so that we cannot disconnect the line, thus tying up our buisness line used for our patients to call us on during an emergency. When we try to tell them to add us to the DO NOT CALL list or ask for a supervisor/manager, they hang up. I have reported them to the FCC & started a complaint file on them with the FCC. We have even gone as far as to place a call tracer on the, document the calls on a log & add all of their numbers they call from to a “Call Block” feature that we have on our phone account. Yet, they STILL manage to get thru by calling on a different number (one that is not blocked). It would be a little more tolerable if they would just call once a day, but 3-6 times a day is a little too much (harrassment). Just a little FYI for some of you with the same problems. If you figure out a way to stop them from calling, please share the wealth…Thanks
