Should you receive a call from anyone from Executive Options / Howard Nestler / Howard Jay or anyone with a slick sales pitch to help you get employed – Watch out! This guy has a slick outfit that is basically a SPAM Machine. He professes to work with 12 clients monthly and he”ll assist you with “personal attention”, “his fee is a small price to pay given how much time it”ll take you find a job”, “your future employer will reimburse you”, etc. You don”t get special attention, the resume service is flunkies writing it in an unconventional manner, and no one employing people will have anything to do with him. His machine also includes a bunch of phony news releases from unknown news sources quoting him as the mesiah of employment with really stupid, basic statements. He”ll provide you with a few references of people that will vouch but I truly suspect they”re set-up. The “marketing of you” consist of e-mail pushes to “contacts” they have. This is BS. You will end up with more undeliverables than you know what to do with and you begin to realize this guy is a spamming machine. You are then left to sort through any potential leads and insurance contacts to realize you have nothing but garbage and spammed undeliverables. Unfortunately for me there was not enough information to learn about this scam before I bit. I do know he has tried to bully sites to remove any information about him or he”ll sue. The cost of this spam service is roughly anywhere from $3900 – $5, 000. The pitch is slick and the pressure is intense. I ask you one question to consider – Honestly if he were that good – why is out there cold calling people and putting on the slick sales pitch. Watch out ! You”ve been warned.

when opening a 1.4 kg card board container of nestles origional creamer i removed red plastic lid holding onto container pulling up metal tab seal started to come off at one point it became harder to remove i had to apply more force in order to open it let go suddenly container fell over on its side my hand holding the c ontainer slid up the side making fingers of left handover the top as in doing so the metal lid ran over my hand as it released and cause mutiple lacerations in places sought doctors care had wound dressing and tetnus shot and advice not to use for at least a week Nestles said it was my fault as i have used this product often and did not use enough caution when i opened it i use it all the time and know and do use caution because of the pulling of the metal lid and size of container it was due to this time the metal lid was not sliding off as it usually does, has any one else had a complaint about this and waht can i do they are saying its my fault

What? Another formula change? We use Nestle Coffee-Mate Fat-Free, Hazelnut, 32 oz. and it has been great up until last week. Now it is icky. No flavor. Appearance has also changed. I bought another bottle from another retailer because I thought there was some kind of mixup and it was icky also. Will not use this product again until and if this is corrected. 01/25/17.

This isn”t actually a complaint against the product but the only “Sugar Free” Coffeemate I seem to be able to get in the past months is French Vanilla. Not exactly exciting to the taste-buds. What gives? I love the various flavors, even if they are only available over the various holidays. I usually shop at Wal-Mart but the flavors don”t seem to be available at the other stores here in town either.

The cooler I rented each month from Poland Spring was defective and I placed a brand new 5 gallon bottle one night before bed and woke up the next morning to find it empty. The entire bottle of water leaked down to my office below causing major damage to my carpet and office equipment (computers, files, printers, etc.). I cut the sheet rock to try to locate where the water was leaking from and even hired a plumber to come in to confirm it was the water cooler before calling Poland Spring. I immediately contacted Poland Spring (Nestles) to report it and they said they would take care of everything. I spoke to several people there and not just ONE!!! First, they sent over a carpet cleaner who told me that he was collecting disability while collecting a check from Nestles AKA Poland Spring which was against the law!!! He said that when he was done cleaning my carpet that it would leave a beautiful citrus scent (orange) when he was done. It took him just 15 minutes to do approximately 600 sqaure feet and told me it would take about 4 hours to dry. He did not even leave fans behind to speed up the drying process. I had to leave my office and could not work for the day. I went down to my office about 6 hours later and the carpets were soaking wet and they smelled like dirt!!! They did not dry until well into the next day and smelled even worse. I know that he did not clean the carpeting because it does not take 15 minutes to move furniture ouit of a room that size, bring the machine in filled it with water and shampoo!!! He was a con like he was on disability and collecting a pay check. The next contractor that came in was a sheet rocking company who I told about the carpet cleaner who all laughed when I told them about the carpet cleaner who knew all too well of his game. They laid down some crappy thin plastic and did not tap it together leaving gaps open. I asked them about it and also asked if they wanted to move my computer monitors and stand alone PVC”s, lat tops, printers and other equipment so they would not get damaged. They said no because they were professionals and not necessary. They only thing they removed was my TV because it almost reached the ceiling. Before they came in, I already lost 2 days of valuable work time. They were in my office for 3 days and that came to 5 days of work. I kept calling Poland Spring to find out what was going on and why this was taking so long. I also asked the contractor how much longer and they about 3-4 more days. They removed the plastice and said they cleaned up. I inspected my office when they left and found dust and debris everywhere, I mean everywhere!!!I even found it in my PC”s and laptops, dust from the sheet rock and spackle. They even left their equipment on my file cabinets and floor as their own storage facility. I called back Poland Spring livid! They then had a John Schidda – phone number [protected] after I spoke to a Jessica Marshall, Lauren (who would not give me her last name or ID #), Tammy Maldonado, Pam (no last name given), Kendra, Francia (customer support specialist, John Pedit in corporate, Brittany in corporate and Leah. John told me he was the risk assessor and the only one who was going to handle the matter from now on. He was the gestapo. He interrogated me about everything. He said he was going to send out a IT guy about cleaning the PC”s and other office equipment and did that very relunctantly. The guy came over and at first without inspecting any of my equipemt said that he was only going to be at my office for 15 minutes. I think that came from John. When he started taking apart my computers he observed that all had extensive dust from the sheetrock and laptops, printers, everything. He showed me that the dust from thee work probably had damaged the PC”s as it rested on the fans inside. He took them outside to clean them and brought them back into the office. He said that he could not get everything out. I have an ID printer and said he was not going to touch that because he was unfamiliar with that and it was covered with sheetrock debris. The guy was here for 6 hours trying to fix one PC alone and when I told him that he had to go, he told me that he caused more problems and damage that good!!! He said he was sorry and would come back next week to fix it. It turned out a week from then, he never called and I complained to John and the guy called back then and said he could not come back for another week and that PC was one I sued for work and now I could not us it becuase of their negligence. That was 2 more weeks I could access my files on that computer!!! I advised John that I dod not want that sheet rocker back due to their negligence and wanted a pro and I would find one as when the ceiling was going to be sanded that find powder would get everywhere worse then the sheetrocking and everyone agreed so I advised John to get in a pro who would either remove everything and place it back exactly where it would go or wrap everything in platic bebble wrap which would take at least one day before they even get started and remove all the framed photos and awards off my walls. John sent 2 sheet rock company guys to look at the office ceiling to make an appraisal on different days and since then I have not heard one word back in TWO WEEKS. I called Poland Spring back and spoke with a Robin because I also received a bill fronm the company for $299.00 for the brand new cooler they gave me for free becuase of the damaged one!!! They were f”ing liars. Also, I never got any more deliveries in 2 weeks. A good paint company came also 2 weeks ago to look over the job and John told me that a miad service would come in once all the jobs were finished called Merry Maids but I advised him that I used them once and they damaged a hude mirror in my house once and were terrible. John seemed to be cutting corners with hiring cheap labor and always rude and demeaning. When I asked to speak with his supervisor or another adjuster or risk manager he said he was the only working for Poland Spring! I am an investigator and once worked for all the top Insurance companies for about 15 years so I know the game and these guys are the most unprofessional I ever met and do not take care of their customers. I told John that I wanted to have a maid service to come in and clean up after his contractors and he refused so I cleaned up for 2 days and my maid service that I use cleaned up for a day. In total, I was out of business for a considerable amount of time and I demanded that Poland Spring reimburse me for my time. He mumbled about we will see about that later after the work was completed but I knew that was a later refusal. When I spoke with Robin today I advised her that I wil not be calling Poland Spring (Nestles) again and Poland Spring better take care of business now and not later with all their excusaes and I refuse to talk to John anymore. I wanted to speak to the President of the company or someone is a very high position who will get the job done now, not later and fulfill their obligations and be accountable. She said would get a Tammy on the phone after she put me on hold for some time and I asked her if that was Tammy Maldonado and she how did I know. I said that is becuase I dealt with her already and I want out of the revolving door. She then placed me on hold again and told me that Tammy was on another call and would call me back. That was an hour later. They screwed with the wrong guy. I have everything well documented. TAMMY MALDONADO AND JOHN SCHIDDA ARE THE BIGGEST LIARS AND UNPROFESSIONALS I EVER MET!!!

The bottle quality is degrading day by day and company is not replacing with new bottles. Even though new bottles have been introduced few months back, but they are used very rarely, we can say only 10% of the time new bottles are delivered while most of the time old and almost expired bottles are being used/refiled with water. Some times leaked bottles are delivered, e.g. in one of the attached picture you can see the level of water is reduced due to leakage. Please note that it’s serious health hazards if you use plastic bottles after their expiry or for much prolonged time.

The worst part was that the bacon wasn”t cooked at all before you put it in so it was as good a raw, just hot raw. Very little cheese and literally NO eggs ! And don”t bother sending a coupon, I won”t use it. I”m sure the only reason the raw bacon didn”t make me sick is because it was nuked.

The caps on the 32 FL OZ of Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Sweet Cream have leaked a few times. They leak when shaken and when pouring. An example of a leaking cap was from a container with the following information: Best by 14MAR2020, 06-128, [protected], 20:47 An example of a cap that didn’t leak is: Best by 06FEB2020, 49-01, [protected], L2, 09:21 I had to remove an old cap from the trash and have kept using that. Your product is great. I hoped the faulty cap was a one-time incident. But, apparently it isn’t.

F. farm to withdrawl my P. F. payment the attendence is only Four months. but I fill the form, but after 45 days my P. F. payment come on my account only 1344/- But my P. F. cut on my salary on 12.5% so the total is 325 on every month on 26 days salary and do not submit government profit and I realease my P. F payment on 2008. So my P. F. is more than 1344, so please solve my problem He also disturbe my attendence on PF register. My attendence is 5 months 5 days, but he note the register on P. F. register only Four months so please take strict action on my complaint
