REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO HAVE A PHONE BLACKLISTED. My name is Gibson Mapokotera national identity number 63;018604-G-70 residing at House number 540 Nyaradza Township Gokwe. I work as a field manager for a company called Nyle and Kyle which is based in Bulawayo. Nyle and Kyle collects oral genealogies and forwards them to Family Search International for inclusion in their website My job as a field manager is to recruit and train field agents and issue them with cellphone which the use to record oral genealogies and take photos. When a field agent gets another job he she is supposed to surrender the phone. When the phone is stolen the field agent is supposed to report to police. Recently one of our agents got another job and initially he promised that he would bring back the phone but after a while he became evasive and declared that the phone was stolen. When asked to report to police he states that he has no time. I am of the view that he is using the phone but so far he has refused to disclose his new address and am therefore unable to go and collect the phone. I sought assistance from the police and the stated that refusing to surrender a phone is not a criminal offence but if I have proof that he sold it then it becomes theft by conversion. I approached the small claims court and they gave me a letter of demand form which I completed and am supposed to take it to him so that he signs it. Since I do not know where he is am unable to make him sign. The phone is a Samsung-SM-J120AZ IMEI number [protected]/08 SN R58HC53MFQL. Is it possible to have the phone black listed. Given the above situation what should I do to have the phone blacklisted or to be given the number which is currently using that phone.

They are a BIG SCAM ripping off people by changing the policy and not informing the customers. The ### took my money for the prepaid calling card and said the account has expiered because you did not use it in last 90 days. I confirmed with customer service by calling them before the purchase that there is no restriction or expiration but now the rascals say its on our website. I will call my credit card company and dispute the charges but these ### should be taughet soe lesson. Please Please please DO NOT USE ANY OF THERE SERVICE and let every one know about their scam and decitful practise!

She called me today to make a phone interview with me while I was still talking she cut me off and ended the call before hanging up she has made a grammar mistake in if grammar rule to be specific. at first I didn”t realize that an hr agent can make such mistake but then after listening to the call again which I had recorded on my phone I knew I was right she had made a mistake. She had said and I quote “and you will be receiving another call if you will get accepted” the correction was supposed to be you will receive/be receiving another call if you get accepted and then I hang up the call shocked more than ever before the number she called from is +202 [protected] her name she said lez as i”ve hardly heard called me on 16:07, October 17th 2017 Egypt”s time. sales man promised the tv box will provide 500 international channels after I paid over$ 284 sales man called and wanted another$ 180 .00 to provide the service and that and it has a monthly fees to continue watching . and when I tried to return it he said all you can get is a merchandise credit for something else and 20% retuning fees and I said and I been waiting weeks with not RMA and they keep hanging up on me

Today I received a telephone bill from NetOne international for $6.05. But the fact is I am currently a customer of Startec Inc. as my long distance service provider. So to understand what is going on, I called NetOne”s customer service telephone number, and their recorded message asked me to select several option and finally got the recorded message of “I am the 11th caller on the line, and my waiting time is around 2 minutes”, this message repeated for almost 5 minutes with the waiting customers number going down, and finally the automated message said I am the current caller, then the call went to a agent 5699 voicemail with the message his voicemail is full. I tried calling again after one hour, but the same thing happened. I searched everywhere in the Internet to find out NeOne”s contact email but but could not find any, so I am posting this complaint. So my main complaint is why am I getting a bill from a Company where I am not a customer, and customer service is not taking any calls.
