Saw ad on Facebook feed Ordered the lights on line on December 3rd from www.nextdealshop.com Paid by credit card $60.40 which was taken from my account on December 7th The lights did NOT ARRIVE for Christmas and my numerous email complaints have received no response I am a disabled pensioner and I expect to be fully reimbursed for $60.40 to my credit card AND an explanation as to why this company DOES NOT fulfill it”s obligation to it”s consumers BUT continues to advertise other products daily on my Facebook Page I also expect Facebook to stop accepting advertising dollars from scam artists that are conning the general public

What a joke! Thought I was getting a bird bath with a solar fountain. After a month of waiting, what I got was a small 8″ piece of plastic with 7 plastic pieces to attach. This is one of the biggest scams I have ever seen, I will not be fooled by this company ever again. DO NOT ORDER from this company!! To show a bird bath with a shooting fountain and to receive an 8″ piece of plastic is totally unacceptable.

Wasn”t happy, returned lights because they weren”t as good as the pics on their ads but misplaced postal slip to California. They refused to re-inberse me. IT MAKES YOU WONDER… You sell lights and the product you are selling gets returned. When the box was opened, they see their product with a note. What”s so hard about giving a paid customer their money back! Scammers!

Two Wide Angle Solar-Powered Motion Sensor Security Lights were ordered on April 30th and were paid thru Pay Pal. Total 64.97 The lights are not functioning. It is not because of lack of sun light. This bird bath wiggler is supposed to “gently” move the water in a bird bath to keep mosquitoes from laying larvae and algae from growing! But this thing is so LOUD and spins FAST!! The Top I saw advertised on their page, and the actual top I received where completely different in quality, material, stitching and sizing! I was very disappointed indeed as the picture looked amazing! I contacted customer service and had a long string of infuriating correspondence with Doris from their customer service! They refused to give me full refund but only 80% as they claimed there was no damage to it. They seemed unintelligible and unable to understand that I wanted a refund, not because of a change of heart (which I should be intitled to any ways, within the right time frame) but because the quality itself was disgraceful! They were stubborn headed about it to the detriment of losing a customer and would not be reasoned with! They are one of those typical ‘nightmare’ companies that one should keep away from!

When delivered there were NO fountain heads or attachments Contacting the company has had no result – they repeatedly ask for photos which I have sent, but they ask for packaging photos which are no longer available. This is a complete joke! It’s is nothing like the picture. An adult cannot fit on it with room for other things. It is about half the size in the picture. It’s is also not cloth. It is more plastic feeling. The description mentions you can use it for a “soft blanket” which is not true. There is now way this was orginally $49. Don’t waste your time or money on this website. We received our 500 glow in the pebbles a week ago and have had them in full sunlight since. We created a small garden path in our rock garden with the pebbles for eye appeal. Come night time there was nothing. We waited several nights after full sunshine days. We live in sunny Colorado where we have a lot of sunshine. There is absolutely NO glow to them.
