I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and depression. I help clients develop insight into thoughts and behaviors that are causing distress. I then implement cognitive-behavioral therapy to help clients learn to challenge core beliefs that are impacting their mood and how they view themselves and others.I have experience working with individuals presenting with a variety of issues and concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, divorce, coping/recovery from medical illness, stress, life transitions, parenting issues, and cardiac patients.
