The courier is expected to deliver my order yesterday, but it failed to do so due to irresponsibility. It does not even call or notify me that my order is being delivered. I could have catch my order and pay. However, the ninja van makes things complicated and what’s worse is their support service is also trash and i cant contact them. I need my order this week and they are being irresponsible about it.

This item never arrived despite calling your useless customer service several times. This matter has been escalated, but nothing happened. This is truly a disappointment. I have spoken to the following agents: Jane: she escalated the matter Anthony : he put me on hold for 20 minutes and the call has been disconnected twice Jake: re-escalated and promised that I would be recieing my parcel within an hour and that should around 7pm. I demand that myself and the seller should be compensated for the inconvenience, stress and hassle that you’ve put us through. better close your company!

Very short tempered/unproffessional October 6, 2019 Delivery should be on our home but he said he can’t enter his motor in our alley and he shout at me that he’s been waiting outside for a while and that i didn’t say that our house is in that alley but i already said that it’s in that alley. He sound very irritated at that time. I want him to be disciplined properly.
