Therapy can help you to emphasize positive emotions and release negative ones, especially from your past. Embracing compassion, hope, love and your own power can be beneficial goals of therapy.I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. My educational background includes philosophy, psychology, spirituality, and politics.
