So I started with PA.NET after having Comcast internet for 11 years. I figured I would give the local company a shot. Well, it started a little shakey with there self install kit. Finally got up and running and then discovered I was not getting the speeds they claimed. Called support and we got it going somewhat. Few MB’s no big deal. Two times thereafter my computer lost connection so I called Tech support and this very patient and knowledgeable tech fixed it pronto. A month goes by and I lost my connection. I called Tech support today and spoke to Dave. In two minutes he said its my computer and my problem. Long story is dave was very rude and did not care at all, so I quickly ended it and ask for a Manager. I got Justin. Turns out Justin didn’t care as well to listen, was very curt and rude. A Manager that can’t solve a problem is not a Manager. I told him it was the same issue another Tech solved several times in minutes, but he said he didn’t care about another Tech’s notes. Oh well, back to comcast. Don’t waste your money on this startup.
