purchased RegCure Pro installed and it basically rendered my computer useless, wiped everything, all history, all settings, corrupted all my printers/scanners/anything “attached” to the system – then I did the most stupid thing I could have ever considered, I attempted to contact them via the Support section, it will not recognize my email address therefore it will not allow my issue to be registered with them for resolution, now considering this is the same address they actually sent the software to for the upload that one remains a mystery, anyway you ###, s where I come for our laws protect me against people like you, you will not get my $$, just some abuse along the way and hopefully enough people read this to appreciate your product is crap and you are just thieving mongrels WRM 13 7 13

This supposed registry cleaner is in fact worthless and did nothing but harm. Minutes after installing it, my firewall went mad and found a trojan. I had opened no other windows so it had to be from the RegCure Registry Cleaner. The trojan was actually the cleanup30.exe file. No disputing that one, unless the trojan had the same name as the regcure exe file and installed itself simultaneously, but I have a better chance of winning the lottery than of that happening. There is no contact number and my emails to their (bogus) customer service email address bounced back. On their website it says, “ParetoLogic is proud to be a Microsoft Certified Partner”, so I intend to complain directly to Microsoft. Additionally, they are a member of the Canadian Better Business Bureau so I filed a complaint. PLEASE do the same –> www.bbb.org/canada/. I also filed a complaint at wwwic3.gov, join me by doing the same there. If we all complain to both the BBB and IC3 perhaps they will be shut down and will not be able to ripoff others. Complaining here is useful for certain, but complaints at all places will reach more people. Let”s band together! The BBB takes complaints seriously and contacts the company in question to see if they attempt to resolve the situation. If the company in question does not respond, they can lose their BBB status. If I lived in Canada I”d call them or drop by their address to see if it is an empty warehouse or what. Name: ParetoLogic Inc. This software destroys Windows by deleting files that are needed to run computer. It does not speed up the system, the opposite occurs. I wonder if it”s Microsoft partner as they advertise. In all, it is a vermin in any computer system.

The program cost more than I expected through not reading the fine print. {my fault] The program runs once or at the most twice & then refuses to run again. Contacting Paretologic 4 times to date brings a quick response & the problem goes away until I try to run it more than once or at the most twice. They are most apologetic & ostenibly helpful but it is not getting fixed! They have also agreed to refund the money if I want. Don’t buy it! It is a total waste of money & what to me is more important a total waste of time contacting them.

The Microsoft support site refered me to Pareto Logics File Cure to resolve issues I have with type .bkf files So I was directed to there site with the implecations that file cure would resolve the issue. I purchased the product for around $20.00 ran the program only to find out that I had paid $20.00 to be refered to another software company who wants $140.00 for there product to aledgedly resolve my issue. Why call a product “File Cure” when in reality it’ essentially a sales forum that I had to pay $20.00 for. Clearly the product did not perform as implied.

Regcure don”t have an after sales service like many others I have tried to contact them. Same result. However I read reviews before I purchased the software and in my opinion the fault lies with them that do publish these reviews. It is also obvious to me that it is Geeks that are testing software know all the issues and therefore avoid them but don”t pass this knowledge on to the consumers. Sure you get the reviews that have pros and cons but a pro or con to them may be detrimental to consumers because they don”t understand them.

purchased renewed product license plus the limited time offer $49.92 now the program works on a limited bases and there is no way I can find to get help online. The product no longer works completely to repair what it was downloaded for. Would like to just have the product work if not want my money back. support.paretologic.com good luck getting any feed back or help.

Regcure is a rip off!!! I’m not the only one who thought they were paying $9.95. RegCure’s ad is totally misleading. I went to checkout thinking I was paying $9.95 and they did an automatic “thank you for your order for $39.90. I was given no opportunity to confirm or verify what I was purchasing. Buyer’s Beware!!! I’m also disappointed with PayPal and their so called buyer protection plan. I did not authorize that payment amount and they are giving me a runaround. From what I am reading I guess I won’t get a response or my money back either. Buyer’s Beware – RegCure is a rip off!

This is not a complaint about the product itself. I purchased it and it does what it says. I also tried a competing product reg-easy and it was hopeless – it switched off aero support in windows 7 for some reason and I had to spend about 1/2 hour figuring out how to turn it back on again – hopeless. Regcure worked fine – no problems. In fact I rather like the product. I will almost certainly renew when the time comers. What my complaint concerns is their deceptive marketing practices. They seem to maintain tons of sites they claim to give unbiased reviews of their product. It is obvious to anyone they are not – they simply are scams to trick the unwary. But what they do is make it very difficult to find legitimate reviews of the product from a simple Google search. Such legitimate reviews say the product is fine. But then again they said reg easy was fine as well it it was hopeless. The other issue is they do not make it clear when you buy the product it is a 1 year license. That is deceptive as well. I then checked to see what the renewal fees were and found when you renew it you get all sorts of other products with it. Yes they claim its free but they are useless to me. I haven no problem with this as long as I don’t have to install those other products. We will see at renewal time. Also I am concerned they may automatically debit my credit card when the time comes for renewal. If they do that then I will definitely register a stronger complaint than this simple warning about deceptive marketing practices. I will also be dropping them a line warning them not do to this. Thanks Bill

Regcure & SafeCart – Do Not Part With Your Money Tried to purchase Regcure by Paretologic but I did not get a Licence Key. They had no problem in taking my money via Paypal using the payment collection company SafeCart but neither Paretologic or SafeCart will respond to any of my requests for a refund. For Regcure read REGCON!
