Often we need a supportive, unbiased person to walk with us, through and out of these areas. My desire is to empower you to create the life you desire. I have worked in a variety of settings to gain the skills and maturity, that I hope will assist you in reaching your truest potential. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certiified Addictions Professional. I have worked with clients over 28 years, in both long term residential, and outpatient settings.I strive to provide a safe, non judgmental environment. I use skills, focusing on the individual’s specific needs and goals. These include, but are not limited to, client centered, MIT, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and pet therapy. My areas of specialty are addictions, trauma, loss and co occurring disorders.
