Recently had a can of pringles (dill pickle flavour) and found a rock like looking thing when biting into the chips. It is actually quite big. Found it dangerous so, had to notify that. And it was dark so people usually can”t see. But trusting such big brand we feel at ease biting into your products, but displeasure while consuming this product happened.

We purchased a few tins of Pringles for kids snacks for Easter weekend from Makro Arbour Crossing Kwazulu Natal South Africa. However much to our demise after recipets were thrown away and we were opening up snacks for the kids we noticed that there was just one tin that was half way or just below half way full. We buy Pringles not just because they taste goods but also because our kids love it and we as parents prefer it over other brands. However due to the price and having what we encounted was very discouring from ever buying Pringles again, there was barely anything in there.

upon opening pringles sour cream and onion. I was greeted by a foul stench, a sickly bitter odour that would make anyones stomach turn. No hint of sour cream or onion. The chemical smelling odour can be smelt from across the room. Its disgusting and powerful. I am amazed there is no quality control for a brand this popular. This is a worldwide brand and as such should have stringent quality control and checks made to ensure an edible product. The inconvenience caused is not the issue but rather the risk of causing illness. Imagine this product was bought for a child and they consumed it without realising the potential to cause them nausea and vomiting.

Today is the 3rd time I have bought a can or cheddar cheese pringles, and every time they”ve had almost no cheddar flavoring on them! They”re basically just the original chips with a little orange on the edges. I have bought these from 3 different places by the way and it”s the same every time! Depending on where you buy from i can pay up to $2.95 for pringles, and then I”m not even getting what I paid for! On 3 different occasions!

The overall taste of the crisps was outstanding. Unfortunately, I was only able to reach about half of the crisps. After that, quite a mess was created while I tried to obtain the remaining crisps. The problem was that the narrowness of the can did not allow me to touch the bottom of the container. I would strongly recommend a different can design as it is impossible to grab all of the crisps.

The last 4 times I bought these chips, the flavor/seasoning has been very minimal. You”re a huge corporation & can afford to give us good product. Quit ripping the public off by saving yourself money. Very unsatisfied customer! After submitting this, a message says that complaint is not enough words & won”t be seen. What kind of department is this?

The can of Pringles tortilla truly original flavour purchased by me last week from a highway rest resort near manesar (enroute between Jaipur and Delhi) and opened today has a very putrid and acidic smell emanating on opening the can sealed foil…it seems to be extremely stale and is spoilt…an unexpected incident which casts a little aspertion on quality control at Pringles… It is requested that the compqny be directed to institute adequate precautions to prevent future incidents… And a replacement can may be compensated to me. Hoping for an early response. Regards Hemant

Strangest thing. I bought a can in Target in Daytona Florida. When I got to my hotel and decided to eat some, the can which was still sealed was more than half empty. Not broken chips, just half empty. I decided not to eat any and throw away. The store is too far away to take back but wondering if you can do anything for me about this issue. I buy many cans a week of the Tangy Buffalo in the orange colored can. I cant stop eating them.

So I”m snacking on a can of original pringles while reading a book. I reach in for another chip and pull out something that looks like, well I don”t know. Please see pictures an you tell me. It was gross and I threw out the whole can. I understand that things can happen during manufacturing but where is the quality control? Why just one chip like this in the whole can? I”m glad I didn”t bite into it!

So i just received my “free” speaker today. It’s been weeks(or maybe even a month or two) since I redeemed it and I just spent all this time thinking it was a scam. Customer service was not really forthcoming. I emailed them and all I received back is an automated reply. I never once been contacted by a real person which I found a disappointment. Shipping took a very long time. If they had emailed me (not counting the auto reply), I would’ve been fine with that but they didnt. And add to the fact that I had to pay a custom fee on top of the shipping fee which was a surprise. I didn’t really expect to have to pay for custom fees since I thought it’d be delivered locally. I redeemed it on the Pringles Philippines(my place of residence) website after all and I didn’t see any disclosure about having to ship from overseas. This is where a human to human interaction would’ve cleared the confusion but as it were, there was only a bot available. Long story short, customer service was highly disappointing and it has since caused mistrust, on my part, in the brand. Now I have great reluctance to buy Pringles (or even Kelloggs) products ever again.

To whom it may concern. I have purchased a tub of Pringles Tortilla corn chips ( Sour cream and Onion ) from Shoprite in Lansdowne ( Cape Town ) on the 5th August 2017. When opening the tub at home I found that there was not 1 whole corn chip in the tub. They were all crumbled. I wanted to take it back but then I thought let me rather lodge a complaint because this is not the first time it happened to me. Attached please find the evidence. Kind Regards, A Isaacs

We purchased a 165 g of Pringle can from a reputed shop. The packing mentioned the expiry date as 24/04/17 which is more than 5 months down the line, however on opening the can and eating the first chips we realised that the chips were infected with some bacteria. They had a very foul and putrid taste to them. Usually I”ve always found the Pringles chips to be fresh and tasty but these were just horrible. I need you to please check the quality of such chips which are in the market and particularly inspect this packet with me. Request you to please provide a solution and replacement if possible.
