Received the wrong item and asked for an exchange but they ignored me and never replied. Then I went online and made a research and found out that PrintVenue is a terrible and totally unprofessional company which does not care about anything. I do regret that I did not check the reviews and feedback earlier. I hope this will stop people from ordering from this site. Item itself was not bad but not the one that I paid for and it’s truly a disappointment.

While ordering a product, on the payment page i redeemed the reward points for paying, the points got deducted from my card as shown in the statement, but the page freezed there and even after clicking links nothing was happening as shown in the pic, now even after the deduction printvenue is not issuing a refund, i even showed them that the money was deducted from my account, such fraud they are looting peoples money.
