It is impossible to get prisonlines to answer their own phone lines. They also do not return your calls. what is the sense of an answering machine if you do not return your customers calls? Very Poor customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY there are many more options available!!!. I demand return the money I paid online to reopen an account. Stay away
