Prompt express Srilanka is very careless courier service and taking more than 4 days to deliver items which supposed to deliver by one day . Even I call there customer services they also not supportive and cut the phone while I were calling . Even delivery person [protected] ) not respecting or responding to call . Highly disappointed and never hire them again them
