Purchased 6 items for Christmas gifts for child”s teachers. First, the items arrived much later than they promised, and one of the items was missing. Because it was so close to the day i needed them I was forced to drive around the city looking for a comparible item and I had to personalize it myself. It cost me more money, a lot time and unnecessary frustration! I have emailed the company several times with no response. Conveniently there is n phone number for customer support.

Recently purchased two vouchers for Personalized Aluminum and Leather Luggage Tags (November 10, 2018). The two vouchers are for luggage tags (2 each). I am unable to redeem as Qualtry website link is not available. Have tried to redeem each voucher and still unable to reach necessary website. These are Christmas presents so need direction ASAP. Purchased a groupon for bottle openers and submitted my order at Qualtry 5/2/2019. It’s now 5/25/2019 and even trying to email support about the order is useless. I’ve ordered a couple times with no problems and loved the products, but if it’s going to be hit & miss with what you receive and what you don’t, not sure I’ll be inclined to purchase from here again.

But I can’t get into the website address(es) to redeem the vouchers. I contacted Groupon Customer Service and they were absolutely no help.
