Will not use re-bath again.. Years ago, my husband and i, had heard so many positive things about re-bath So my husband and decided to give them a call… Re-bath is definitely not cheap, But we called them anyway… They came out, we were happy with there service… I called them over a week ago, because of the chalking around the tub needing to be repaired… Re-bath, said they have to check to see if they had any chalking, never heard back from them. Will not recommend them!!

Signed contract to have one of their bath fits put into our completley demo”d bath . Conbtracted in November for job to take place Jane 5, 6 & 7th . Got called week prior to be told job was delayed do to getting product in and it would be done in 6 weeks which turned into 8 wks. March 9th they came to start job (2 man crew was excellent no complaints about them personally) 2nd day on job husband walked in to see them installing regular (not green treated wood) for the door frame to the shower. He told them that was not code compliable. They left and came back with green treated wood to use. Also used OSB board to build shower bench, again not code compliable for areas that are subject to water i.e. the shower. Crew said that what they always used. Would wrap it in a black material that would seal it. Also installed seat top that was only 24 inches and was contracted for 36 inches. Crew said it was due there not being enough room for the door opening. The door opens out not in. They came with the wrong size seat top. 3rd day putting what was suppose to be wainscoting on walls they supposedly ran out of material and couldnt finish job then. would have to go back to office and order more product. Was told they would call when product was in to schedule finish of job. We had other already scheduled to do floor etc . 3 wks later we get call saying they will be here Mon to finish but we tell them they cannot as special floor was just done and has to cure and not be walked on for 1 week. Had to call several times over the many months asking what the status of the job was . CoOwner of the company (Patty) not nice. Returned calls 3 or 4 days later or late on a Sunday night. Requested she come here to view our complaints. She reluctantly did agree and brought along with her son (Brian) foreman of the jobs and they were late for a meeting we scheduled. They were both rude and snide as if they did nothing wrong. When I tried to bring up things about the ongoing job she blatantly stated we are past that nothing we can do about it whats next. They didnt want to hear our complaints they just wanted to get our meeting over and leave. WHen we originally went to their showroom and saw the possibilities of what we could do we were in awe. They have a beautiful display room and they couldnt have been nicer. Once the job started 2 months later than scheduled it was a different ball game. I would not waste my time, effort, sanity or money on this company. They will do what it takes to get you to sign a contract and then forget that there is a contract that you the customer are paying for this work and expect it to be done when you are told and to be done by code. Avoid ReBath Lake Villa, Il . If we had to do it again we would do it ourselves.

Shortly after Re-Bath in Long Beach installed a new shower pan and wall panels, I noticed one of the the wall panel seperating from the shower pan. The installer came out two times to fix it and finally admitted that he cut the wall panel to short. He stated he would come back out to replace the panel. He never showed up and the business closed shortly after. When I contacted the main franchise for help, they refused to provide any assistance. Now I have water damage behind my wall and a quote for $1000 to repair! Re-Bath sucks!

Rebath of Central Florida, owned by Richard Sasto, sold to another individual in a asset sale only. Richard Sasto, franchise owner of Rebath of Central Florida, walked away from paying his companies debts after the sale. Thousands of Dollars in materials purchased and supplied to customers homes was never paid for. Richard Sasto owns another Rebath Franchise in Long Island, New York. People should be made aware that He may not pay for materials in New York and customers could have liens placed on there homes by suppliers and workers. Rebath of Central Florida, stiffed one of his former employees with default judgement in the amound of $18, 500.00 plus court cost, and attorney fees. The employee was kind enough to sign a credit application for Richard Sasto, since Richard Sasto was a absentee owner. The debt is due to Scripps Publication, parent company for Florida Today Newspaper. Richard Sasto took the profit from the sale of the Rebath of Central Florida sale and skipped out on this debt and thousands of dollars more. Rebath has a very bad reputation of doing this type of thing ikt is all over the internet. And there installations are of poor quality. Again you can see it all over the internet. This guy Richard Sasto still qualifies Rebath of Mid Florida with his Master Plumbing license and the person harmed by the debt is seeking that the State of Florida revoke Richard Sastos Master Plumbing License in the State of Florida. Rebath Corporate knows of this debt problem and states, ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM. Yet Richard Sasto is a Rebath Franchise Holder still in Long Island New York. Richard Sasto should be made to pay off this debt or have his New York franchise taken away. What kind of Franchise owners are you allowing Dave Sanders? Force Richard Sasto to pay the debt.

We contrated Re-bath thru Home Depot contractor for our bathroom remodelated in April/2019. In almost 3month, Re-bath never contact us or follow up in our request; after one month of waiting, we when to Home Depot abd cancel the project. Home Depot supose to contact the contractor and cancel the prohect but they never did it. Now Rebath is penalised us for 10, 000 for not comply with the project. If they are going to penalised us, ok, but not for 10, 000. Further more Home Depot already bill us for the 10, 000 without any project completed. After contacted Rebath now they say that they contact us, when is a lie, and that they have us scheduled for June for the project. That is cery convinience for them after they find out that we are cancelling the project. We request that corpirate CANCEL and restored the 10, 000 charge to our card. In the event that nothing is done we should get some legal advice. Thanks

This company will try and over charge for there services. And is very close to going bankrupt. In these economic times be very careful who you deal with. You know its funny how something so small some time ago, will cost you 1000 times more later on.

Their supposed “lifetime” warranty is garbage!! I got liners installed in 2001. One of them has been pulling away from the tub and looks horrible. I have trying since June to get this liner replaced (Once I finally got one of their service guys to actually see the liner he said immediately, “The liner needs to be replaced!”). It’s been one excuse after another as to why my LIFETIME warranty suddenly isn’t valid. First they claimed I never paid the remaining $200 balance back in 2001! Faxed proof to corporate office when local franchise was unresponsive and then radio silence from them as well. Second, they claimed they gave me a 5-year-warranty back in 2001! Um, wrong again. I had a copy of the actual LIFETIME warranty that I also faxed and mailed over to the local franchise. I have recently filed complaints with both the BBB and Attorney General’s office. DO NOT do business with this company, unless you want to be stuck with a rotting, useless liner in a few years. And here’s the kicker: This company is STILL advertising a lifetime warranty they refuse to honor!!
