Red Lobster has always been one of my family’s favorite seafood restaurants and on June 30th, my daughter and I went to Red Lobster on Wade Hampton in Greenville, SC. We arrived around 7pm, expecting a wait because it was a weekend and it was usually very busy. To our surprise, there was ample parking. We were seated immediately and served drinks and biscuits. The biscuits were warm, small and undercooked! Thirty minutes a later, we received our order. My daughter’s salad and Admiral’s feast was okay, she said. However, when I received the steak and flounder, a few minutes later, the food was cold. I sent it back and waited nearly an hour for the same cold food! I asked for take out containers, we paid the bill and left. We will try another Red Lobster; however, I suspect this location will be out of business by year end!

We ordered 2 steak & lobster dinners, I ordered mine med. Well wife ordered hers well done, we received are orders, I started eating mine and was dry looked at middle of steak no pink so thought overdone, was dipping steak into my butter to moisten it, now we were with lots of other people, my sons birthday party, so eating and socilizing then my wife says my steak is pretty rare looking, well she received mine and I received hers, I forced down 1/4 of steak before realizing it. So brought up to manager his statement was we are sorry what would you like me to do, well his demeaner felt like he was saying we do this a lot, we never did this dont know what is done in this matter, should of gave me choices, we eat at red lobster a lot, are favorate meal ultimate feast, manager did not give us any options to choice from, so didnt want to esclate problem, embarased, and suppose to be having laughter and celebration not conflict, so I said thats alright. Just to get out of situation. After leaving had thoughts steak and lobster should of been good memorys with birthday party not undelightful, manager was not helpful, also rude said I will give you my badge and I will go home. What is he talking about, also waitress said she was sorry because cooks stated which steak was well done, this was a major mess up which I cannot overlook 1st time writing one of these, but felt I had to do this. Also no customer service by manager to fix problem, which was their major mistake, sorry this is so long and hope you understand, because 1st time doing this. Date of incident is friday may 3, 6pm, client number we did a reward survey for donna bennett 2219 walter rd allison park pau can find my wife she has reward app and scaned her receit ty hope u can resovle this matter we at at red lobster mcknight rd pittsburgh pa 15237 mr mrs harry donna bennett

We ordered raw oysters on half shell and they were awful. They were on the dry side like they were left out. There was no ice to keep them cool. This is a seafood place at should have best tasting stuff. Also how hard is it for them to have horseradish to be served with the oysters. Maybe they need to go get lessons from Shuckers, they excell in all their seafood. I tried to give places more then one or two chances but I tried Red lobster a few times now and have not be happy anytime. This was probably last time I will be going there.

We tecently visited Red Lobster in Grandville, MI for a family Sunday lunch. We were greatly disappointed by the level of cleanliness in the windows surrounding our booth. There were dead bugs, dust and dirt. As the adage goes if what you “see” is dirty imagine what you can”t see(the kitchen). This is a restaurant we visit often but will reconsider based on this visit. This was not a cheap visit for the four of us and the dirtiness ruined our experience. Please correct this issue and ensure your restaurants are cleaned appropriately.

We took my husband to rrd lobster for his birthday on June 9th . There was 10 of us . We got there and my brother in law was told that they were going to put to tables together for us wrll they didn”t do that they tried to seat us at a table that looked like it would hold 6 and we told them no .Then they tried to seat a party of 8 before us because we turned down the table . We finally got seated and had to wait 30 minutes just to see a waiter . Then he took our drink order and didn”t come back for 20 minutes. We had to get the manager ovet to bring our drinks . Then he came and got our food order and that took literally 45 minutes I had to call the manager again and let him know that somebody needed to go help I”ll waiter so we can get our food we spent over $250 and I was very impressed with the service that we got. We like your food but was very dissatisfied with the way things was handled that day . Thank you .

We visit Red Lobster all the time .. three weeks ago I had a very bad experience food took an hour plus it was cold.. manager at the time at the Lewisville location told me he would send out a gift card as an apology.. yesterday I noticed the card never came I called the restaurant and spoke to a very very unprofessional manager I believe his name is Christian not only was he terribly rude to me but told me on the phone I can be lying to get free stuff wow red lobster hiring such managers .. I work in the Customer service field and would never talk to my loyal customers in a rude and condescending manner like this. We come in all the time but after seeing the type of managers you have hired I will take my business to someone whose not going to call me a liar and dishonest that is very insulting I hope you will replace this manager ASAP and please send me the gift card 25.00 as promised. Very unhappy customer.

We went Septv12, for our daughters birthday. 6 of us ordered, Got there and they didn”t have our name down( I called and spoke to manager around 1:00 told area we requested would be ready, got there had no name down and had to wait on table that we wasn”t where I asked . Over $130 and the Shrimp were not good, had a mush to them not crusty, tasted bad. Two of us ordered endless, taste of fried shrimp wasn”t good do list money, because only one helping of the endless. Our waitress done good as she could, very sweet . But had to wait and wait on drinks and then asked to sing happy Birthday to our daughter and girl said others were busy so they couldn”t sing with her, poor girl had to do it alone. Service wasn”t good, Birthday was not special tonight. Waitress was running hard . Think really short handed. Terrible night, next Birthday may not be there . Please reply [protected]. Edna Meeks

We visited Red Lobster today we just left I presented a coupon from Retail Me Not and the server said she couldn”t use it, coupons have to be emailed from Red Lobster. I told her that I”d find one, but I guess she didn”t hear me, she seemed to be rushing. She came back with our change and I showed her the Red Lobster emailed coupon so she said she couldn”t use it now because she closed the order already. The manager agreed with her stating there was nothing she do but we could use it on our next visit. We don”t go to Red Lobster too often we can”t usually afford it. I don”t think this was fair to us and it”s unbelievable that the manager couldn”t do anything. Red Lobster on Silas Deanne Highway in CT. Thank you from Nicola Austin [protected] New Britain CT

Visited red lobster, time last, the lobster was spoiled, they took it back, and I ordered something else that”s my normal pic, but the taste in my mouth yuk, the female manager came by and asked how was your meal, I looked at her for moment, and she said the second, I heard you didn”t like the first one? It was sent back because it was tainted/spoiled she said oh, and walked to the kitchen, no apologies, no compensation, but she remind me that the bad meal was taken off the bill. Went back 2 weeks later, my lobster was over cooked/DRY and so was the sausage and the corn was cold? WOW JUST MY LUCK, I”ve been going there since it was by the police station, before this one on H.st and Broadway Chula vista. ##UNLESS THIS ISSUE IS FIXED YOU WON”T SEE ME IN ANY RESTAURANT IN THERE CHAIN##

There were 4 of us for dinner, we arrived at approx 7pm, the hostess advised there would be a lengthy wait. There were people sitting all over the waiting area and standing outside. I observed approx 4 open tables in the lounge area, I asked the hostess if bar seating was available. She advised it was open seating. I entered the bar and was followed by two other groups, each of us taking booth. One of them took a 6 top table. I watched the manager talk to the 6 top table, then brought them menus.. he then came to my table and advised us we couldn’t be in the lounge as it was taking away from other guests waiting for seating. I asked him why he let the other table stay, he said he made special arrangements for them. I asked for the same arrangements and he told us we had to return to the lobby and wait for seating. I told him if we got up we were leaving, I had already gone to the bar and got drinks for our table since the assist Mgr wouldn’t let us have menus or a server. The manager then left in a huff and sent a server to us. The server was obviously upset from how he talked to her about taking our table. This made for an extremely uncomfortable dinner. The server did a great job and treated us well.. It was also obvious that many of the other servers were not in a great mood… I went to Redlobsters website and made a complaint the next morning. It has been 6 days and I have not received as much as an email or a phone call. I made a second complaint tonight 6 Jan 05… I have been a long time customer of Redlobster, I doubt I will go back to them after there lack of a response..

Today my family and I visited the Red Lobster on 125th St in Harlem New York. Upon entering the restaurant we waiting for 10 mins at an empty hostess stand on the upper level before searching out a server to being seated. The restaurant was almost completely empty as well with only a small handful of tables seated. Once seated our server was very pleasant and attentive. The cheddar biscuits we received were poorly under cooked and raw in the middle. The kitchen staff was obviously at their worst! After waiting for more than an hour for our order which was 2 wood grilled cheeseburgers and fries and one Admirals Feast. The burgers were fine but the admirals feast was absolutely disgusting!!! The shrimp was over seasoned, the fish was old and worst of all the squash and zucchini vegetables were dry and over cooked. After speaking with our server regarding the vegetables she offered to exchange them for broccoli which I accepted. She brought the most shameful portion of broccoli that had been over cooked and browning (rotting) in the middle. After seeing Aja the sites general manager I was even more disgusted and extremely dissatisfied with this restaurant. She offered to bring me an additional substitute side order. Asparagus was offered as well I accepted. The asparagus was cold in the middle and and drenched with hot butter and seasonings. It was HORRIBLE!!! WE WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER RED LOBSTER AGAIN!!! PLEASE DONT EAT HERE THE COOK STAFF IS NOT EXPERIENCED ENOUGH TO SERVE THE GENERAL PUBLIC!!!
