Recently I was in your Kallangur Store on a short lunch break. I chose Red Rooster because I was limited for time. I ordered a small chips, to which I had to wait a good ten minutes before I got them. I was remiss because I did not open them until I was back at my car which was around 3 metres from the shop. Upon opening the chips I observed that the container was only 3/4″s full and I found the chips to be almost cold. I chose Red Rooster in preference to Kentucky Fried as normally the chips are very tasty. I may of only chose to eat chips, but I felt that should other patrons experience the same incident. You would certainly lose patronage. I would of taken the chips back had I had the time. Thanking you Carol

Red rooster at Mount Sheridan is poor all round, previously I have been over charged and when I went to talk to them your state rep happened to be there and I got a free lunch, under consumer laws I should have been refunded the full amount of what I spent in the first place, I gave them another chance and spent $30 when I asked for the loyalty points I got told by manager to get them another day, so I”ve kissed those points good bye, so my family has not been back

Went to Forest Lake Red Rooster. I waited 2 mins to be served by anyone even though I could hear voices inside the kitchen. Once I had order, I waited another 5 mins to be given my purchase, while the girl served a car driving through, that came after me. By the time she decided to serve me, my chips were rudely slammed on the bench and then she just walked away, with no thanks etc. Needless to say, by this time, my chips were cold. I won’t ever shop at Big Rooster again at all after that! It was not busy. There were only 2 other customers in the place already eating and there was only one car that drove through.

We have just returned from Stanthorpe Qld where we purchased a large order from the Red Rooster store 123 high street, Stanthorpe .Qld. 4380 AC:[protected] I have been a customer of Red Rooster for many years and I have not come across such a problem before. It was too late at night to return to the store in question and we were leaving very early to return to Beachmere the following day” On ordering the meals for my family I had to repeatedly ask the young lady at the counter to speak up and slow down, unfortunately my hearing is not the best, but despite the request nothing changed in speed and volume, even my 16 year old grandson had difficulty understanding her. During the transaction the manageress came out and assisted, (apparently the girl was very new, ) the manageress was very curt and quite rude as was the young man behind the counter when I was trying to explain I was hard of hearing and was having some difficulty, She made it quite clear she was not remotely interested .consequently our order was a total mix up and we actually didn”t get what we ordered. We arrived back at our accommodation just up the road only to find the food was near on cold, not freshly cooked, and had obviously just been reheated before serving. It was not appetizing at all. I was very disappointed as a lot went to waste. I feel like we were not treated in a manner that is expected in a Red Rooster store that I hold in high regard as far as customer satisfaction is concerned and feel I should be compensated for an order that was $100 dollars worth of rubbish. This I write is to back up my companion regarding a red rooster store at tweed heads, tweed city, minjungbal drive, I was down there for 3 minutes, today 17/3/2017 to take photo”s of what I have stated, girl working for red rooster rang herboss and she wanted to talk to me I did so and she told me to leave the shop, orshe would be callig the police, I told finne I had the picture eviedance that I reguired, to back up my complaint last night 17/3/2017 I will now post pictures to back up these hygiene issues that I have put forth, and to let it get to such a poor state, health and food authorities companecent, and not in any control, and nor are you, no interest has been shown, with this disgraceful state of affairs, you call good food practice, local council have been notified, as food athorities, hope you will respond, [protected]@bigpond. com ya system of submitting complaints, you sure make it not easy, wonder why

Well, for the last few times I”ve brought flayva wraps I”ve asked them to put extreme amounts of sauce, at least twice as much sauce on my wrap. They never do this. Today I brought two flayva wraps and asked them to put heaps and heaps of sauce on my wrap. I made it extremely clear. The lady who doesn”t speak 100% English at the window clarified the sauce order. I went home, yet again, no friggen extra sauce!!! I love the sauce you guys have made in the flayva wrap, yet I never get extra and honestly it”s the only reason why I buy them! I honestly don”t want to have to go off my head next time at the lady to make sure I get my extra sauce. I know it”s only sauce but it”s the fact I”ve asked at least 4 times previous. we hardly ever eat take away food for the very reason of my complaint it is full of salt falsely advertised and overpriced but being sik and also late home decided would be easy to just get a family meal from red rooster as they seem the healthier option when compared to others $33.00 poorer is all we are for a pigeon sized chicken covered in salt cold vegetables microwaved garlic bread and floury gravy we literally gave it to the cat and dog and i defrosted some steak and steamed some vege in less the time it took to wait for the disgusting “feast” never again

Was made to wait at least 10 minutes just to receive cold and old chips which had no salt on them and the lettus was a browny colour that even smelt a bit off and to boot the lady who took my order was very rude and there was no apologies for the wait which you would think would be a high priority for staff All in all I was very disappointed as I couldn”t eat the flavour and bearly ate the chips

To whom it may concern, My name is Amy-lee Mcnamara. I have a complaint regarding the delivery wait times for your Coffs Harbour North Store, NSW, 2450. I ordered the meal at 6:15 on the 21/09/2017, Order #: 1062286 i have email conformation of this and payment details. the time is now 8:59, One minute from their closing time and no food has arrived, my family are still waiting. I believe 45 mins to be a reasonable wait time for food service delivery. An hour at rush times. I have called the store phone number 14 times with no answer to get an idea on wait times or what is happening with the order. the only option i have is to listen to a message service with no ability to leave a message. The store has not tried to call me back as said in their message service. A two hour and Forty minute wait time is unacceptable when i have ordered food on a week night when children have school and adults have work the next day. One of my children has autism and likes your nuggets very much he is currently in tears because he wanted his nuggets from red rooster this is very sad on the behalf of your store i am truly dis-satisfied of this wait time. I have been a valuable customer always spending a big amount with my orders from red rooster. I have been now been forced to order another takeout service for dinner that i did not want. My diner is now from Domino”s pizza Receipt Number: 3600317 Placed 21 September at 8:42 PM at another cost to myself at Subtotal: $36.00 Delivery Charge: $7.95 Order Total: $43.95 . I do have email conformation of this. I am asking for compensation for the meal i have ordered from red rooster and the meal i had to order because of the mistake. When my husband got home with the family sized chips I opened them to dish them up. I had taken out a handful when I saw something brown. On closer inspection we discovered a moth in our chips that was deep fried so obviously cooked in the oil with the chips. We called the store to complain and we were told by the manager that there couldnt possibly be a moth in there as he cooked them fresh himself. So basically accusing us of putting it in there. I have three young children under the age of 4… I don’t have time to deep fry a moth and put it in our chips. It is clearly cooked in oil and covered in the salt. Very disappointed and disgusted and we will no longer be buying our whole chooks from Red Rooster!
