The above item has not been to delivered ref:_00D301Dn7._5008014pa4Q:ref. RG told me in a letter that the customs refused it due to invalid address, although my address was correct. I wrote to RG telling them that I was still interested in the item and they answered 2017-13-12 that I should allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be processed. Since then I have written 3 mails which remained unanswered and I didn”t get the money either. Can somebody recommend what to do? Michael

Was told by your representative that I was put on a preferred list, by text!! Called in and was told you”re sold out!! This is the same day I was to call!! Some nerve!! THEN was told you were getting a shipment the next day and it may be on there????? TODAY, checking on the order, I”m told six to eight weeks!! What crap is this!! If the manufacturer can”t supply, YOU PEOPLE shouldn”t advertise!! AND LIE to your PREFERRED CUSTOMERS!!!

When I shoot the same target 4 times in a row, I get 4 different distances. Moreover, when I compare the distance I read with the Tasco to my buddies’ range finders, it gives me a different reading, sometimea 7-8 yards different. I cannot feel confident about my club selection using the Tasco T2G, and don’t trust it. Revolution Golf will not do the right thing and let me return this product that I paid $200 for. They clearly do not stand behind this product.

Watch turned out to be very slow and difficult to use PLUS it kept freezing up on the course. I only used it for two rounds since it was over the holidays and too cold to golf. I finally got in touch with them (no contact numbers on any paperwork I got) and the only sheet of paper I got was their return policy which said nothing and it did not even have a ship date on it. I bought it on Dec 8th and I received it on Dec 13th. I called this morning (Dec 15th) and requested a RMA to send it back to get my money back but I was told it was over 30 days and that I was SOL. I would like to get a refund for the obviously defective item (used twice and doesn’t work.)

Trying to get through to customer services. It is a nightmare. Cannot login to Revolution golf to my purchased items. I have been buying since 2011. I am long life member not a VIP member. They do not contact you. Changed password 2 nights ago still can”t get in. They have your money forgotten about you. Would like to know how many more out there in the same boat.???. Pathetic. Tom.

This company is completely messed up. They can’t seem to stream a video to my login account. It took me 3 days to figure out where my video link was. Finally, I asked them to refund my money — which is now going to take 7 to 10 days. Unbelievable. I ordered from this company because the ads displayed people that could be counted on to deliver a quality product. Just goes to show you that it’s a large gap between advertising and performance. I had previously purchased a training aid which I think I will now return before they go out of business. A company with this many complaints can’t survive long.
