SCAM!!! Avoid it!! Purchase flowers after my sister had surgery. I received a confirmation email and they immediately deducted the money. The flowers were never delivered. I wish I would’ve read read the reviews before hand they are terrible!. Hopefully this business will be investigated because it’s a total scam. I thought this company was local, they did send a bouquet, a cheaper one then I ordered, the invoice they sent me said I was charged $71.69 but I just checked my credit card and they charged me $92.41…and I thought the $71.69 was too much for what I ordered and they sent something cheaper, so disappointed, being taken advantage of really sux, they should be shut down…..Honesty is always the best policy, they can charge what they want, people will still buy it, why deceive????

On Jan 21, 2021 I ordered a floral arrangement described as zen artistry and the recipient received a different arrangement than advertised. I called and left 2 messages on 2 different days (on Jan 22, and Jan 25). I also emailed them on Jan 23, 2021. There has been no response to either the email or phone calls. I am disappointed with their service.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet to be delivered on Dec 2nd including paying the additional fees for more flowers. The bouquet delivered was nothing like the order, did not include the same flowers, statue etc. The bouquet received looked like someone went to the grocery store, picked up an inexpensive bunch of white flowers and threw them into a vase.
In addition, when I hit submit order it added an additional $19.97 for delivery after the fact. This isn’t right and their client services are inadequate. I do have the pics of ordered and what was delivered if anyone wants to see how bad the experience was.

I was so sad when my church group reached out asking me if I liked my flowers that were supposed to of been delivered to me days ago. They found it weird that I had not reached out with pictures to thank them. Turns out this company never delivered the flowers but withdrew $51.65 from their account. Selected a birthday arrangement. The one that arrived was a mess and in no way resembled the arrangement I selected. It wasn’t even an arrangement, but was a bunch of short roses jammed into a case with a hastily half tied rough ribbon around it. In no way was this attractive. The delivery service knocked on the door and when my sister answered it they were already getting back into the van with the flowers. They were no even going to leave them. I paid a premium price for this arrangement and it looked like a hot mess.

The flowers I ordered are not the flowers my manager received. I even paid additional $19.99 for the premium flowers but instead she got a different arrangement and budget style flowers. I have attached both the picture of what I was expecting and what my manager got. This is unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund. I left several messages and emails. This was a terrible experience! Instead of get well balloon, they deliver Happy birthday. I’ve written a note to deliver with the present and then failed to add it to the gift. My sister was wondering all day from whom the present was. In addition I paid additional $10, – to add more flowers but the bouquet didn’t look like the flowers were added. I’d advise don’t use the services of this provider as it is a terrible service and is only to cut on delivery and add to his own pocket.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered flowers on August 4, 2019 for next day delivery for a funeral. I paid extra for next day delivery, and received an email on August 5 saying my order had been canceled. The email didn’t provide any information as to why, but said my order would be refunded. The order was not refunded, they never answered my numerous emails, and never answered the phone. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card, but this company needs to be shut down. I am considering reporting this to the local law enforcement in CA.

They failed to deliver flowers. I was refunded without an explanation or notice that they were unable to fufill my order. I would gladly have orders somewhere else if I’d have known they were unable to provide the service. My friend did not receive her birthday flowers and now I look like an [censored] who forgot a birthday. Poor customer service. Called at 3pm to check status of flowers and no answer. Will not use again and encourage others not to bother.
