Seeing your teen struggle emotionally can feel overwhelming. Dealing with frustration and helplessness can feel like a never ending struggle and no amount of motivational speeches seem to help. As a parent, you may find yourself wondering what you can do and how you can help. I understand these struggles and have many years of experiences working with adolescents. As the new school year has just started, this is the best time for your child to start getting the help they need in order to blossom into happy and healthy young minds.I am a certified clinical trauma therapist and also certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My approach however is eclectic as I am also using Mindfulness, CBT, ACT, Reality/Choice Theory, Gottman methods and others, depending on the needs of my clients.
