Before I made my order I contacted SerenaAndLily customer service and asked if the item I wanted to buy was available and they said yes. Then I asked about the shipping and said that I needed to get on a certain date and they assured me that everything will be fine. Later I received another message from them which stated that my order was shipped. Weeks passed and the delivery date came but nothing arrived. Contacted them again and they promised to check what was going on. I never received anything and they stopped replying to my messages. Well, it seems like they decided to keep my money. This is not a trustworthy company and I do not recommend it to anyone, and now I need to think of a way how to get my money back.
