I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern with extensive experience in trauma and healing. My experience is rooted in the area of early childhood through teenage years. I am skilled in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and parent child interaction therapy among other modalities.I have 8 years of experience with families in the child welfare system as well as a wealth of other life experiences to draw knowledge and understanding from including being the wife of a US Military veteran.I love working with teens; but also enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. Life is hard, we all struggle at times with the issues that seem to come out of nowhere. My style of therapy is non-judgmental, open, and supportive.
