Sale was stated to start 28th June with listed prices e.g Nike Presto R200 from R1499. Many retail stores were unaware of the sale and the online website did not update. There were no sales that were part of the exclusive sale on the 28th June. Extremely disgusted with these cheap tactics of sportscene, even after being told to use online store and to use “collect in store” option for delivery. Will make sure to never set foot in your store again.

Yetersday really pissed me off Sportsence management has no customers rights what so ever I went to buy a pair of shoe for my boyfriend and i asked one of the staff weather i can change it if the shoe don”t fit they reply was yes within 30 days about 2 hours later my boyfriend went to store and asked to return the shoe for a smaller size He was asked so any questions by the management and they said they can”t change the shoe for other size cause the shoe was being wored first of all the shoe didn”t even fit my boyfriend i purchase the shoe as a gift and gave it to him to take home n fit he wasn”t present at the time i purchased it The manager also mentioned to us that its there store and her rules which manager speaks to they customers in that way Its not like its our first pair of shoes that we purchased at this store we being buying from it for many years

Wow such a [censor] service I received this morning in rustenburg branch. Firstly I waited for over 30min to get help as there was no one on there floor to assist.. Had to ask for the cashier to call one of the guys and from there I got assisted by someone who was reeking of alchohol and took him close to 20min for him to help me. Just when I thought it will get better I was taken from one counter to the other waisting more of my time. And just when I went outside I check my receipt only to find the guy added some shoe cleaner and protector that I never asked to begin with wasting more of my time as I had to go back. What got to me bad is that the so called manager was also there but did not eveb bother to intervene. I must emphasise that I never expected that kind of service from sportscene more especially that it was not even busy… Music was very loud, one could hardly hear the next person speaking. It was a disgusting and very much horrible encounter and I hope this can be looked at as I need feedback on how this matter was handled.

Today(08/09/2018) i decided to go to SportScene to look for shirts and i also wanted to ask some questions about how the account works since i only opened it last month. When i was busy talking with the other staff member, the manager decided to shout in a shop full of people and tell me i should not come back to the store, i was so embarrassed, people were looking at me as if i stole something from the store. I couldn’t even talk back at her. This kind of treatment is something i won’t stand for. If she wanted to talk with the staff member she could have just came to us and tell us she’s asking for his help for few minutes then he’ll be back. i too work at the store, i too work with customers not in billion days will i be a difficult customer.I don’t even know why she did that but possibilities are, she might be intimidated by me, she might have issues with that staff member of which has nothing to do with me. With all due respect, i would like to close my account this month end after paying the balance. What she did it wasn’t really necessary just for her to get the attention from the staff member. I am not going to ask for anything from the store, this is just me being polite by sending out the warning, for the manager to be warned because next time she won’t get so lucky, she will do it to someone and the person will take bigger step than i did now. To whom it may concern Yesterday I went to sportscene for the 50% off deals.. I received a mail saying dat the all stars will be marked off 50 %, I was really shocked to see dat before the sale the tekkies was r649 and after the 50% it was 599, sportscene must be taken to task because they said they having a black friday but it was a blatant lie.. If my response is not what I want to hear, I will go to hellopeter and dispose sportscene for their lies and unprofessional encounter I had with staff en shop yesterday.. Regards

The experience I had at sports scene durban workshop is by far the worst shopping i”ve experienced in my entire life. No words can describe the sheer disrespect and insolence uttered by the manager when in fact it was her fault for not having the campaign knowledge for their sales drive. I was lured by sportscene under the impression that if I opened an account and spent r600 or more I would receive r100 discount off my first purchase. I spent r1400 and I didn”t receive my discount. After countless trips back and forth to the store attempting to rectify this manager I was made aware that the manager and staff of this store were not aware on how to convey the message about the campaign to me because they didn”t attempt a training/meeting to be briefed about this campaign. I was intitled to this discount and instead of receiving a simple apology for their lack of knowledge, the manger uttered these words to the cashier ” just give him the discount and get rid of him” All of this falls nothing short of a pure representation of the company”s ethics and customer service.

Sportscene menlyn shopping centre. I was wanting to purchase a pair of adidas nmd”s The display pair was the last size 6 and was so dirty. I asked if the store is willing to give some discount but was informed the manager was not in the store he went out to do some shopping and I must wait. After a few minutes he returned to the store and told me he will clean it but not give discount. I was shocked with the reply especially because I was still willing to buy the shoes even though it was not new anymore. I told him he can keep the shoes I am not interested in buying anything from this store. Sportscene menlyn you will not see me for business again. To the manager keep up that arrogant attitude!

Yesterday 28/11/2016 I went to sportscene in clearwater I have never received such bad service – firstly no one wanted to help I eventually found a guy to help but he had a no care attitude I cleary asked for a size 9 shoe he didn’t check the box. I purchased the item later I happened to check the shoes and he had given me a size 11. So I went back to exchange they didn’t seem to care which if fine – but he went to the back and he said there was no size 9’s when clearly there was 2 size 9’s on display. But just the way it was handled was very disappointing. I have been a client for many year 10+ years and I have never experienced such poor customer service ever!! It’s a bad reflect on your company. I must say the staff at markhams clearwater are great.
