I returned my devices within their return period therefore my account is cancel and I shouldnt be charge for anything, I received many emails saying I own money and that I am being sent to collections. When I got in contact with sprint many times they told me my account is cancel and that my device have been returned and I should get my refund. Never got my refund and being sent to collective for no reason.
I return my devices in the first place because my bill wasnt not what they told me it would be. So Im all my experience with sprint have been terrible, they give me invalid charges and lies to me all throughout the way.. I demand Return of my money, stop sending me emails that I own when I dont. To resolve my sprint account. Stay away
