I bought my 1st stun gun from stun gun it came from stun city florida and they have 100% warranty i mail back to them on june 26 2015 and never heard from them again i call them tey do no return phone calls neither to they return email on their web site.. I demand my money back or send me a new one. I don’t recommend them
