Recently bought two new Tag Heuer watches from a Jared in Strongsville, Ohio. The first watch was a Tag Connect. They were unable to display the watch live or pair to a phone at the time of sale, but represented that it was a GPS and could link with garmin or nike plus. I discovered that was incorrect when I got the watch home and paired it with my phone. When I went to return they gave me a hard time about returning because I had paired the watch and claimed that the policy is no return after pairing. This was also never told to me. They did take the watch back but I was so turned off by the way they approached it (especially given the fact that I had also purchased a Tag Link at the same time) I returned the other watch as well. They clearly did not understand the product nor did they have any concept of good customer service. Not a brand or store I will do business with in the future.

Yesterday I received the watch back from the Tag Heuer Service. I can’t believe that after waiting for 30 days I have to find out that any Shopping Mall Mr Quick Fix would have done a better job in terms of opening and closing my timepiece. This is very frustrating. The rear case was flawless when I sent it in. But not only there it is full of scratches now, I have also additional scratches on the housing and the bracelet, that have not been there before. They really must have treated my watch like the last dirt. I never expected this from Tag Heuer! Please take a look yourself youtu.be/TC81OWdoXv4 Although after my complaint they sent me a FedEx label I decided not to send the watch back in because I lost all my confidence in them. Most of the scratches are so deep, that they couldn’t be polished anyway. I lost all the joy I had with this timepiece and I am really sad.

Yes My husband and I both have Tag”s. Never again would I waste money. Both watches cost over $3, 000. My husbands had to go back for a battery. Yes it was done quickly. BUT we had to return it as the watch had not been properly sealed and as we dive and it is a DIVE watch to 300m ( or so it says on the information and dial) it got water in it. According to Tag it was our fault as apparently my husband must not have done up the screw properly!!He hadn”t touched the screw/winder. They fixed it for free as they should have but it did take some whinging from me. Mine has gone back for its second battery replacement. I was quoted over the phone $130. Sent it off, hadn”t heard form them for a week so rang them and then they sent me an email to say the quote was now $280 as there was something causing it to go flat. The last battery was changed 2 yrs ago and to me that is a fair time for a battery. The watch has now been gone for 5-6 weeks and it looks like I wont get it back for another 2 weeks!! Appalling service. The tracking system they gave me doesn”t work so you have to ring up to find out about it!! Used to have a cheap watch “Seiko I think- no problem just it ran out of life after 10 yrs . Think I will buy this again as TAG is just not “cutting the mustard ” in customer service or after care service. Buy another brand would create a lot less stress!!

Watch out for tagheuer watches- i got one two years age- it keeps stopping — i send it back seven times, they say nothing is wrong and and send me directions on how to wind it. The store in king of prussia pa is very understanding but they have to send the watch to a place in nj that is not really tag heuer . They tried to send it to a real tag hewer place, but it ended up in nj again Quite a waste of money

TAG Heuer is by far the most overpriced watch that is a piece of crap. How a watch rated for 200 meters water resistent becomes fogged inside of the crystal is beyond me. TH will give you excuses that make no sense, They will not offer any warranty service because they know the quality is so poor. Excuses like “You must get your watch serviced every 2 years to keep it running properly” are absurd. DO NOT buy one, its a pretty boy piece of $#!+.

So I puchased a TAG HEUER Watch for my wife prior to Christmas. The watch was around 1000.00 dollars. When I recieved the watch it was beautiful however when reviewing the warranty card it was not attached. Apparently Amazon will now assume responsibility of the watch for two years. Because Amazon contracts through a third party company for the watch repairs the third party company only will repair the mechnism itself, not the crystal face, crown, bezel or band. However if the watch due to manufacturer defect was compromised in some way TAG HEUER’s warranty would be responsible for the repairs. There is a section in the third party warranty form that you must print off of the website that also reads that some states may be able to recieve full coverage under the warranty but they neglect to mention what states those may be. So at this time my watch is not even broken and it’s taken roughly four days to get no where by phone and by emial despite making contacts. At this point after speaking to an Amazon Supervisor Angel who was very understanding and sympathetic she had explained to me that you cannot reach that section of Amazon by phone and they would email me. That already reaks of poor customer satisfaction. I’m not sure how Amazon makes out in this deal by offering a third party to service such an expensive watch but I suspect someone is making money somehow off of this. My biggest issue with this is that this is not immediately mentioned to the purchaser when purchasing a watch from Amazon. This also was not a merchant working through Amazon this was purchase from Amazon by Amazon. I would quetion any warranty through Amazon.com and do some research as far as the watch it is number #WAF1414.BAO812 TAG HEUER Women’s 2000 Aquaracer Watch. Again for clarification purposes the watch and the price were great however Amazon’s ability to assume the original warranty is horrible.

Recently sent an out-of-warranty Formula 1 to NJ for repair thinking it would be a seamless & quick transaction; boy was I WRONG; it took 2 months to get Maintenance 1 done. The TAG customer service website and communication was pathetic. Don”t waste your time! Take it to a registered jeweler and have them repair it. The entire transaction cost $123 USD. Think about this if you”re considering investing in a TAG.

Recently I sent my son’s watch in to have the gaskets & bumpers replaced. He’s had the watch for a number of years and it has been serviced regularly by our jeweler but these items could only be replaced by the TAG service center. My jeweler called me to tell me that TAG called and said that the watch couldn’t be serviced unless I replaced the bracelet… the bracelet was a little scratched and maybe a little stretched but didn’t need to be replaced. I refused to have it replaced and therefore TAG would not do the work I had originally requested. Who are they to dictate to me that I must “bring my watch up to TAG standards by replacing the bracelet in order for them to service it”????? They might as well be standing there with a gun robbing me!!! My family owns 6 TAGS at the moment and we will never buy another TAG product!!!
