My goals in therapy center around helping you identify and explore what factors – both internal and external – are preventing you from living your life with purpose, meaning, and connection. I will work with you to identify how you have coped in other contexts that may or may not be working presently. One of my primary goals will be to empower you by helping you become aware of contextual, relational, and personal factors that have influenced you so that you can free yourself to make different choices.I see therapy as a partnership.
