This company is awful The manager is a horrible person, rude, disrespectful & dis honest This company sells 22″as 26″ it”s awful Look on their most recent post about 26″hair, hardly is that 26″ hair extensions This company is awful the hair is indian and doesn”t even match the colour wheel they provide. The owner goes by a fake name when her real name is lauren simpson, her partner is a aggressive creep. They also have a 17 year old girl who is not qualified for hair dressing of any kid managing the shop. The image below – 26″are you serious!!! My 22″ hair is the same length even longer!!!

The horror story’s I’ve heard about this place!!! Please please avoid at ALL COSTS!! The manager Donna is RUDE and will not take any responsibility for her [censored] salon. Hairs [censored], attitude [censored] and her excuses are [censored].!! She turns against customers who have an issue. Instead of resolving the issue that “they cause” they switch it around and blame the customer!! They lie and make up story’s and tell the customer that they steal from pubs and shops ?? and they only want a refund because they are skint from their night out… this particular girl didn’t go out that weekend as she was so embarrassed with her shocking hair!! It’s soooo thin and uneven the cut is shocking and the gaps are a joke!! The amount of money you spend you expect to leave happy and not upset.!! Donna and her staff are a bunch of cowboys and the way she speaks to customers is utterly DISGUSTING I’m in shock and completely disgusted with the reply my friend got…!! I don’t no how they are still running but please please don’t bother going here unless you want thin, uneven hair and be robbed of your hard working money! Absolute JOKE!!!

There”s a reason there”s not a review page on their social media pages… Worst extensions and service i”ve ever received. My normal hair dresser had to re-cut the extensions after and couldn”t believe what a bad uneven job had been done, like it was done with kitchen scissors! So I spent more money getting them fixed! Girl had a face like a slapped [censored] the whole time, was rude, yanked at my hair, looked like she would rather be anywhere else in the world and refused to spark up any conversation with me which is down right awkward for 2 hours. She referred to people on tv as “slags” when someone else was having a conversation, which just proves the type of person she is. She matched the complete wrong colour and advised me to just use purple shampoo which made them even worse – bad advice! And kept asking the other stylists how to do things… The hair feels synthetic, my clip ons are better quality. The price I was quoted was much less than the price I was landed with at the end. For the same price there is a hairdressers in staines called inspire that does an absolute brilliant job, so take that extra journey as it”s well worth your time! Do not go to this salon!!
