Purchased from Gillette 3 days ago and the advertised 1280 gold has yet to be received. I have provided all proof of my purchase and no gift. Not sure if Tapjoy is a scam for advertisers to get business or legitimate. Shame that false advertisement is the basis for this company. If this place won”t honor their word I believe it should not place ads for rewards to serious gamers.

So I have spent countless hours on dragon soul as well as spent over 900 dollars on many items offered I fight for rewards constantly, when I submit a concern I get a automatic response email, I have had many offers disappear so I can”t submit, automatic response again you would think if one person spent that much on games there must be countless more spending that and more would have better programming. I feel I”m being used for my opinions and testing other games and I think you need to refund of my time and money.

Several weeks ago, I downloaded and played Angry Birds Match up to level 25, as the Tapjoy offer required. I never received the 3400? diamonds I was supposed to get. Tried to sign up with Tapjoy to complain, but they would never send the confirmation email. I tried many times. There have been other non-payouts during these weeks, but for much smaller amounts and much less time involved. Then today I did an offer for Lay’s. Free sample bag of chips, supposedly, and 3275 in diamonds. Took a long time and required way too much of my personal information. I did everything required, including taking a survey, all of my info, watching ads, etc., and then nothing. I did, however, immediately get spam texts on my phone. Thanks a lot, Lay’s and Tapjoy!

To start, tapjoy hosts many fraudulent offers. Many outright lie in the advertisement, claiming the requirements to receive awards are much less than they are and you’ll never see anything out of it besides spam calls and emails. More specifically, tapjoy is refusing payment on an offer via Hello Fresh, despite downloading the app directly through them as a first time user and paying for said subscription. Computer errors on their end prevent them from crediting me despite having offered multiple proofs of purchase. I almost feel bad for the amount of bad press they get for refusing legitimate claims. Then I remember no one is forcing them to rip people off.

Tapjoy is a fraud company. Promising compensation for completing their offers and although they are getting their money from us completing them I have yet to receive mine for completing the offer. It’s been over two months and I have sent proof of completion three separate times and I haven’t even received a actual response from a Tapjoy customer service representative. They have now taken my offer of their wall because they know they are not paying out for it. There is no customer service email or platform to get into contact with them because they know exactly what kind of buisness they are. I can’t believe they haven’t been brought to court. They are so many scam incidents I’ve see through the internet. Awful company.

This is like the third time tapjoy has neglected to award me diamonds after completing an offer…i completed the offer for debates, download, sign up and shop ebates, which I did. Spent $110 on ebates via the offer from tapjoy through the design home app. I have submitted the request and tapjoy emailed me and I replied to tapjoy email with the proof they requested and this has been at least 3 days ago but I”m thinking it may have been 4 now since I submitted a request. It still says pending on the wall. This makes the third time tapjoy has not awarded me diamonds it owes me, not for the same offer but 3 different offers now I have submitted request after doing as instructed from separate offers and then sent proof to tapjoy. One occasion I was “awarded” but when I opened the message for my award via design home there was no reward, nothing happened. It”s a bit ridiculous that tapjoy advertises things in which they say you will get “X” amount of diamonds for and more times than not you have to submit requests and wait and hold your breath on them to award you what you are owed. May as well call it a loss on the 1st and 2nd time I was screwed out of diamonds for offers I completed but will never received, that”s fine, However, I”m really losing patience on this third time… This ebates offer is for like 70, 000+ diamonds. So where is it at??? I do my part and I would like to know what in the hell is up with tapjoy part? Sorry to be rude but this is beyond frustrating after having this done more than once. Please make this right, it”s very aggravating this is becoming a what seems like an on going problem for you guys to make good of what you offer to people!

Same story as countless others who have posted here. To receive in game awards I sometimes complete other game challenges or even make purchases on 3rd party websites. The majority of these are properly fulfilled. However I recently completed two offers (Postmates and Lords Mobile) and was denied game rewards. They claimed that the install of these apps was not done through the offer wall so they couldn’t track. This is simply untrue. I completed these the same way I did countless others. The difference? This time they were larger rewards and they qualified for the limited time double rewards they posted last month. So the reward would have been 20, 000 gems in game which is significant. I opened support tickets at each company and was sent a forum letter denying the claim. It seems like scam. And for what? In game gems that have no monetary value! I suggest just avoiding this process and this company.

The game told me to level up to 10 for Mobile Strike and game of war. I completed level 10 and upgraded stronghold to level 5 in Mobile Strike AND Game of War. I didn’t get my 500+ tickets for both offers. I placed effort in completing those two surveys and I deserve the promised rewards. I heard this is a recurring problem in TapJoy and I am hoping to receive compensation for this.

Such a scam! Total waste of time. Tapjoy is stealing ad revenue without awarding the people their coins owed! I have over 10, 000 missing coins from unpaid rewards. I have not received a response from the support team for over two months even after following up several times, contacting directly via their website and finally complaining to the app i used tapjoy through and no one would help. The app i used said it’s not their problem, it’s tapjoy’s responsibility and to contact their customer service. After explaining that i had already done that several times and i never receive a response, they sent the exact same message saying it’s not their problem and to contact tapjoy customer service. I spent hours completing these offers that i was never awarded coins for.

Someone should take legal action against this company if all of the other complaints around the web are true. I thought I was having problems with my account alone but it is clearly quite common. They lure you into buying things or downloading apps with promises of “currency” in various online/mobile games. You never get the currency. I”m guessing it works for some people but there must be enough of a problem in the system that it is actionable. I have tried all sorts of things to correct my missing credits and I get emails from the company that are either generic or claiming credits were awarded. It is ridiculous. It is a class action waiting to happen.
