I often say that my job as a therapist is to hold up the mirror so that you can see yourself with objectivity and free of judgement. Sometimes when looking in that mirror we don’t like what is reflected back to us. Our perceptions may be distorted or the way we portray ourselves to the world around us may not be authentic to our true selves. I aspire to help you identify, define and refine that person that you are inherently meant to be. My focus is to promote optimal healing and growth by providing a sense of safety and compassion so that you feel supported and heard during your therapeutic journey. Together we will work to identify your goals as my aim is to propel you towards discovering your own personal assets which will allow you to navigate through life‚Äôs difficult transitions.Seeking help may be the first step towards change.
