Rude and not courteous behaviour of staff at cash counter. Have asked to exchange the same product within an hour while I was in the mall itself (it was just a change of color of T shirt). The reaction of the staff hurted me so much that I left the product on cash counter. and walked away from showroom. Pls take note that I purchase around 50000 Rs minimum of product from different showrooms of Tommy located in the town. I own a BMW and I am financial consultant and big fan of Tommy clothing but the reaction of staff was highly Rude. These behaviours kills the brand. Pls take note, now its upto to act on it.

You guys stitched over the string that tightens my hood, one of the strings was fine but the other is totally stitched over and I paid alot for this coat. Please help, i dont want a messed up jacket. Also tried to get the string out and it just ended up ripping it. Again please fix this or could you send me a new on ? It would help my complaint. Also I got the string out but it ended up ripping like I said. Check out the picture??

We’ve purchased a new luggage set and after it’s first use with the airlines the edging has started to wear already. I am not impressed with the quality and would like this issue resolved. My last luggage set lasted me over 15 years and was used for airline use every year. I’ve attached pictures below ??. I would really appreciate being contacted to have this issue resolvesd. We visited store number 215 at the National Harbor. We spent over an hour in the store trying on clothes. After we purchased our clothes, we noticed that we had a coupon for 20% off a purchase greater than $175.00. We went back to the store to see if we could apply the coupon through a price adjustment or by returning the merchandise and using the coupon. The cashier returned our merchandise and then the general manager, T.K. indicated AFTER the merchandise had already been returned that we couldn’t use the coupon and she wouldn’t allow us to purchase our items back. We told her our intentions prior to the cashier returning the items! With an attitude, she indicated that it was corporate policy. We asked for the corporate number and she indicated that we would be waisting our time. So not only did they lose a purchase, but 3 customers as well!

We have purchased men”s shorts from Tommy Hilfiger outlet in Dubai outlet Mall on 4th July 2017. We happened to use it recently but to our surprise the material started to tear. Having invested in such a high quality brand and paid a premium compared to the rest, how can the material tear neither wearing nor washed multiple times. I have enclosed the photos of the shorts and would like to have a replacement done.

We have purchased apparels from Woodbury 231 Red Apple Court Central Valley, Ny 10917 on 28.07.2017 and and Las vegas North premium mall on 09.08.2017. Majority of our clothes are defective.After one wash all our t-shirts have expanded, not in a shape to be worn.We reside in India and will be able to return the material at the store in Mumbai. We are a family visiting Canada as tourists. We visited Tommy Hilfiger at Cooks Town Ontario as per attached bills. My wife for a second time same day wearing cardigam purchased during her first visit at 19.41 hours entered your shop to look for some other products. Her paid bill was with family members waiting outside the shop. She did not have a phone with her. She was forcefully against her wish detained inaide shop asking her to pay for a second time. Staff did not allow her to leave, nor helped to get paid bill to prove purchase, nor informed other family members waiting barely a few feets away outside the shop. It caused mental harrassment to entire family and your staff acted in racial and unprofessional manner. You are requested train or fire respinsible for this illegal harrassment of a lady visiting from another country. You are requested to compensate for illegal detention, racial and mental harrassment. This is to bring to your kind notice that I bought a wallet from Shopper Stop, Great India Place, Noida PIN 201301. within a span of 2 months the wallet got torn badly from the bottom and the wallet is as good as USELESS in such a short time span. Such quality is not expected from your your esteemed brand, will appreciate a remediable course of action on this. I am a regular customer of TOMMY for more than 10 years now and with such an incident you would be spoiling your Brand image and loosing old customers. Expecting a prompt revert.

That happened in Egypt branch, I had a shirt from Tommy as a gift and it wasn”t my size and there was a really tiny problem in the Button of the sleeves, so i went to the same Store with the receipt and i asked for a return but they said that u only have 14 days to return or to exchange but because it”s faulty it”s fine we are going to exchange it for you tho that there was only 2 days difference right here, I”ve changed it with a shirt for almost the same price only 100 pounds difference, anyway after i took it with 2 days and i haven”t wear it yet but i was checking the receipt and I”ve found that i”ve 30 days to exchange or to Return if it”s faulty so I”ve went there again and explained the situation but they told me that they are sorry they cannot return it! So I”ve explained that there was a problem with the first shirt already so that”s why i had too do so! They advised me again that they can”t do anything tho that i haven”t wear that one yet and still have the receipt in hand It occurred on: 28/04/2019 This is the Worst experience I”ve went through Just to Return the t-shirt I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.

I do not expect such quality from a brand like Tommy.. it”s literally torn out.. So I have this green jacket for as long as three years. I love it. But for the past one year, I have a weird problem with my jacket. Whenever i go to a store like Meijer… The alarm goes off. This happens only when I wear this jacket, and also happens only when i leave the store. The store guys got used to it and they don’t even care about it anymore. But last weekend, I was at A&F, and the alarm went off again. I was soo embarrassed. People think i am the thief. They don’t call me one to my face. But you get the idea right? The manager made us wait 7-10 minutes just to make a return. There was no one else in the store except us. She was rude didn”t even greet us or apologize for the wait and she had a resting [censored] face. This is not the first time I have dealt with this same lady, each time I have had to deal with her she has been unpleasant, makes me not want to shop there. I thought an esteemed company such as Tommy Hilfiger would have better employees, especially for a manager”s position.
