When I tried to activate the card through the automated call line it did not recognize the mailing zip code. But I was redirected to a live person who supposedly activated two cards. I tried to use them at a restaurant and both were denied. I tried to pay a cell phone bill and the Zip Code where the cards were sent is not recognized. I try to call and its impossible to get a live person on the phone. The website is impossible to contact anyone via email or phone to resolve this issue. After finding this site I realize this is not an isolated issue.. I demand Issue me a check or correct the billing code. I don’t recommend them
