Store number 0218 in West Palm Beach, Florida 33401. On December 27th, 2018 between 4:40 pm and 4:58 pm, your employee by the name of Louis stared directly at me for at least 2 minutes. I was trying on shoes and I walked in front of the mirror and looked at them there, when I turned around he was staring at me, I walked past him to go sit down and take the shoes off, I sit down and he moves closer and looks right at me from the time I sat down until I took the shoes off, put them back in the box, put my shoes back on, tuck my jeans inside my shoes because they are high tops, and I did this just to see if he would stay there and watch me, and he did just that. He watched me up until I walked to the register. There are no words that can describe the feeling I felt. I”ve never knowingly been discriminated against in such a disrespectful manner. What was he looking at? What did I do that made me look suspicious? The look on his face was disgusting, I looked around and I was the only black person he was watching. He didn”t ask if I needed any help or anything like that. He simply stared at me and he wanted me to know he was watching. I even felt like I did something wrong, and the more I think about it, the more upset I get. I”m sure you have cameras, look at it and tell me I”m crazy. I want to know what he was looking at? I want to know why I was singled out and discriminated against for no reason at all? I”m not accepting some automated response from you guys or some general manager claiming that “UA does not discriminate against people regardless of race, age, sex, and whatever else” I want justice. I want answers, I want someone to actually look at the camera and look at the way he stared at me and ask him what he was looking at.

We bought this water jug for a daughter and in less than a week it fell apart. She used it exactly twice and while carrying it to the field it fell apart. We put it back together hoping it would stay. The very next time she used it the same thing happened. She had not dropped it at anytime. It had never been washed in the dishwasher. It had only been rinsed out in the sink. Very unhappy with this product.

We bought this for our daughter after buying one for our son. We had no problem with the one we bought originally for our son. However, the one we bought for our daughter came apart. The well where the water goes detached from the vessel it goes in. We think maybe the one we bought was defective. Is there anything we can do to get it replaced? We purchase the underarmour brand very often and have never had any problems. We appreciate your consideration in replacing this product.

Today, I was on hold twice today with customer service rep to talk to and was disconnected with a message that the team was going to take a time out. The first time I was on hold for 1 hour 20 minutes and the second time for 1 hour 30 minutes. Why did no one ever take my call for help? Did communicate with someone on chat who was not helpful. I insisted on talking to a customer service supervisor and information was taken but no follow-up call was ever received.

This is the fourth oder I have been slapped in the face by this companies poliies. They like to say they stand behind our first responders and extend a discount for us because of it as a thank you. So tell me why you cant use a sale promo and your first responders discount together? SLAP!! Doesn”t mater if your a first responder then. Cant use your discount on the promo code like the everyone else. So no we don”t thank our first responders at all and this policy is proof of that fact. Say one thing, your company looks good because of the discount you extend to first responders but if there is a sale? Ripped away. No you can”t do that and not going to allow you to get two discounts. How dare you first responders be offended by it.

The boots I bought to work at a prison. The first time the boots got wet, all the thread began to rot and the boot is literally falling apart. All the pieces are coming unsewn. I’ve tried the shoegoo to keep everything together, but isn’t sticking to the boot. The boots are the best feeling boots I ever had. Just wish they lasted longer than 6 months. 128.00 for a 6month pair of boots sucks in the wallet!!

Started “TRYING” to reach U/A customer service a few days ago. I cannot get through. I just keep listening to the music, and the voice over message for up to 20 minutes before I get angry enough and hang up!!! I am on hold now as I type this complaint. I”ve been on hold for 15 minutes! I need to know why this was never delivered to me. It”s already been paid for with my credit card.

I haven’t received my order, but I have received email saying my order was delivered 8-9 17 all of it was suppose to be delivered 8-8-17. We purchased a pair of camo sandels for me and my son. Went on vacation only to find out my brother-n-law had the same pair. By mid-week all three pairs stunk so bad we wouldn”t even keep in the garage. Basically smelled like a wet dog. It was embarrassing sitting around the camp fire and having people say how much our sandels stink. We tried soaking with baking soda but did not work. A lot of money for shoe”s that stunk within 3 days. Will not by another pair of sandals from under armour. Can”t wear the one”s I have in public cause they stink
