Usenet.nl is a real thief. I have dealed with paypal several times and I was informed that I could get my refund back yesterday. However, I wonder that Paypal still do business with usenet.nl since it is obvious that usenet.nl is a real thief when so many people who try the free trial service from isemet.nl have become viticms. Although I did get the refund back from paypal finally, I think that Paypal should stop proceeding any transactions regarding usenet.nl who do business without ethics and I should inform people not fall into a trap set by usenet.nl.

This site was great, but then they changed their web platform and turned our life into a nightmare! I wanted to cancel my subscription, but now it is absolutely impossible! I sent them several emails, but never received a reply. Then I called Usenet customer service and was put on hold for about 30 minutes ad then disconnected! I cannot update my payment and cannot delete my account and there was absolutely no help from them! Don’t use this website, it’s a trap!

Usenet.nl have recently set up a website called easyusenet.nl which is an affiliate centre and online shop front designed to rip people off by luring them into the now well publicized Usenet.nl 14 day free trial scam. When people sign up for a free trial, with payment details to confirm, it is then impossible to cancel and people are overcharged. Usenet.nl is based in the Netherlands and uses various other names to confuse people, like usenext.nl or easyusenet.nl, but really, it is all part and parcel of the same scam. They then use debt collectors to illegally harass people in extortionate manners and people should just ignore the letters and complain to Paypal. Usenet.nl and their affiliated sites also scrape DMCA copyrighted content to create fake ads and redirects to usenet.nl sign up pages. They are frauds.

Usenet.nl has stolen 100 euros from me on 4 different occasions. I recovered my money through paypal… however, I also contacted them at their hotline so that I could get the money from them first. As I never used usenet.nl at all, just downloaded it, then cancelled my account this is considered theft, I did not get anything for the money taken. They would not cooperate even after my multiple threats of calling the police, and me telling them that their operation is fraudulent, theft, HIGHLY IMMORAL etc. They would only say that I am obliged to their contract. Contracts like that are unreasonable and downright ludicrous. (RANT) All people that operate usenet.nl should be ARRESTED, have 10X the total amount they stole taken from them, then tossed into a LABOUR CAMP until I saw fit. Any scoundrel who thinks (s)he can steal legally deserves to be stolen from way worse.

Usenet.nl are a fraud. They offer 14 day free trials and when you cancel, they then try and charge you for a year by Paypal. If you cancel your Paypal recurring subscription, they then refer to debt collections, and you get multiple letters demanding 100+ euros in fees. This happened to me when I signed up for a free trial as an author to investigate 100 PDF adverts touting my book for free download as PDF. When I took the free trial, only after providing Paypal payment details, was I told the book was not there. I did not therefore download or use anything as there was nothing there under the name of my book. Their debt collections are obnoxious and claimed I had used their services, and wanted full payment for one years subscriptions, plus fees, threatening legal action if not paid. Usenet.nl carried on hosting fake PDF download links, and people are directed there by Friendly Duck Affiliate referral pages, created by Russian scammers. One affiliate for Usenet.Nl created 155 websites advertising my book, sometimes using reverse proxy or black hosting. I spent months tidying up the web and then I was harassed by their debt collections Tech Inkasso GmbH in Germany who are basically frauds (Google them to see how many Usenet.nl fabricated debts they are chasing). DO NOT USE USENET.NL

two weeks ago Feb 12, 2012 I started the usenet trial version. Without any notification to ask if I am happy with the trial one, Feb 27 12, 2012 yesterday, it automatically withdraw the yearly 100 euro from my paypal account. When calling Service desk, they were very rude saying this is the rules and terms, cannot be reversibile. I feel really frustrated and cheated. I never saw such rules and terms, unless saying authorizing them to do so, they chose to jump to 100 euro (yealy) rather than 10 euro (monthly) for the own best benefits without any agreement with me. I can hardly image this is legal in this current society …
