After hearing a glowing presentation, we plunked down 5 thou for membership. The company doid not deliver on even one promise. No free flight for 2 anywhere in the US. Free luggage was as good as a supermarket shopping bag. Not one vacation could be planned, after many tries. We sued the local office. The HQ in Benton, MI denied any responsibility, saying it was the local franchise that we had to deal with. I have been a franchise owner in other businesses. A reputable company makes good any wrongs by its franchise owners. WE won our suit but have yet to collect a penny. Stay away from these people. They will take your money and then laugh at you.
