I came to buy One brand in show room but those two PROMOTERs told me other all brands not show to me and give a advice other all brand waste…give me a quotation high rate all other brand … I simply say … please change that two persons… otherwise totally damaged name of Vasanth co… Kumbakonam branch… already my friend told me… Vasanth co rate high and only sale Samsung r lg otherwise…to referred outside…I say simply this is for LG and Samsung @co. We are the beloved customers of vasanth co for the past 15 years. starting from our first television all our home appliances are from vasanth co. In 2016, January we bought a Videocon 42 Inches TV from PADI branch with warranty period of 3 years. It went on repair before 6 months, we complained to vasanth co many times. No action has been taken for the past 6 months. This is our final complaint. Kindly consider it as important and respond immediately.

The tv which we purchased from vasanth & co – philips brand has stopped working continuously. The 1st time, when issue occurred people from service team came and asked us money to replace the entire row of led light which had created the issue. But when we told them the tv is under warranty, they left without fixing it properly. We faced exactly the same issue by another week on october 7th 2018. On calling up service team, they didn”t attend the call. We tried reaching vasanth & co and they replied that they have closed philips tv dealership. Such an irresponsible attitude. We spent 60000rs for this 50inch tv and we are just seeing the blank screen. Please don”t buy any product from vasanth & co, lesson learnt! Its just 1 km from my home and they didnt even bother to check the issue with us for the past 4 months.

We purchased bosch washing machine worth Rs 35000, but delivery done after my visit to branch and they r only concentrated on sale they dont worry abt customer service, they provide washing machine cover and stand, but both r not suitable because we purchased 7kg washing machine, but both r 5kg, me only going oftenly to the shop n asking abt tat stand n cover not yet provided, so they r not bother after selling, by mistake i have purchased in vasanth n co, this s bad experience, am sorry to say hereafter i wont purchase in vasanth n co
