PROS: I mean, they’ve got a user-friendly site, I like the product — who doesn’t own something from vickys? CONS: The shipping and handling is just WRONG. PLAIN WRONG. The other day, I put a bunch of bathing suits into my basket and one dress. The shipping and handling charges came out to about $22 !!! In what world does it cost THAT MUCH to ship domestically to NY–GROUND SHIPPING no less! There were absolutely NO bulk items (like overcoats, boots, handbags or any others) that could possibly have contributed to an astronomical charge as that. I decided to forego $200 worth of bathing suits and took my business to another site.

Victoria”s Secret store located in Santa Rosa Mall, Mary Esther, Florida has hired a male employee that has been arrested for Domestic Abuse and has been admitted into the Psychiatric Hospital twice. He also has a trespass Warrant from another store located in the mall. It is obvious you have very low standards of the caliber of employees you hire. I will be happy to take my business to the location 18 miles away as long as he is employed there.

Victoria”s Secret is a trash, believe it or not. It used to be great before, I know what I am talking about because I have been with them for over fifteen years and used to order pretty often from them. I don”t know what exactly has changed, but each received order looks worse than the previous one. I mean the quality became worse and it”s very disappointing to their loyal customer like me. Fortunately, there are always a lot of alternatives, it”s just sad that VS is not what it used to be…

Victoria secret products are Very poorly made. I spend way too much money in this store. 4 of my bras are broke and it hasn”t even been a year since I had them . I was a very loyal customer but now I absolutely hate this store it”s the worse especially since they are very expensive but their stuff is low quality!!! You guys lost a loyal customer! Victoria secret has the most invasive store experiences/policy. You are continually harassed for your zip code or email address even after you indicate you don’t want to. AND I seriously oppose the return policy that they require an ID proof, even when you have a receipt. This is clearly a violation of my privacy and can lead tol identify theft. I had a huge debate with the clerk that she wouldn’t let me return my item, with receipt if I didn’t show her my driver’s license. I refused to. I WILL BOYCOTT VICOTORIA SECRET from NOW ON AND I SUGGEST YOU DO SO ALSO No other retail chain requires this, if you have your original receipt.

Victoria Secret had a special going on during the summer. I bought (3) of the special deals for each of my girls for a Christmas gift. I made sure that I asked about the return policy at the counter before I made my purchase because I knew I was buying a gift in the summer but not giving the gift to the receiver until Christmas so, I didn”t want to get stuck with the outfit if the girls didn”t like them or they didn”t fit so, I asked the girl at the desk if the items would be able to be returned if they didn”t fit or the receiver didn”t like them and that I was not giving them the gift until Christmas and I was told that it would be fine as long as I have my receipt. Well, now that Christmas has come and the gifts were given, one of them needed to be returned. I went to the store to return the gift, expecting to get back the $55 dollars that I spent on the gift to give it to the receiver to get something else in return and the supervisor told me that I would only be able to get the value of the merchandise for what it currently is at. It came to almost $48 but still, I was told there wouldn”t be a problem buying the outfit as a gift and then I ended up losing money on it. Not at all happy with their policy especially returning something brand new with the tags on and with my receipt not being good enough because it was past their 60 day policy that was never mentioned to me when I bought the gift!

Very upset with the costumer service I have received with my last order. First order that I made: [protected] ended up getting lost somewhere in Nevada never made it to me in WA. After calling VS 4 different times, each time taking an hour of my time I finally got another order shipped to me through a costumer service supervisor. Because of so much hastle she had promised me a $20 gift card that would be emailed to me within 3 days. It has now been a week, I called in to see what was going on and the customer service girl I was talking too just ended the call. I was on hold for another 30 minutes before I got to her. I am sooo disappointed with this whole VS experience. Never in my life have I had such a difficult and poor customer experience. I used to shop at VS a lot, but this will stop due to the service I have gotten. This took up so much of my time, and energy and I didn’t get compensated in any way for all this that was not my mistake. Maybe use a better shipping company? Train people to actually read notes in my record? Did not expect this from VS.

Tried this Pink Detox Time clay face and body mask and it left my skin burnt. I had it on not even two minutes before I had to run and wash it off. My nose started bleeding not to long after. Why”s this even being sold? I never have a problem with face masks before trying this one. Now my skins left red and blotchy. My face is really swollen and irritated under my eyes. Today 8/5/18 around 1pm in the Hagerstown Mall, MD Victoria Secret Store. I was told by a sales rep that running a promotion if apply for an angel card I would receive $25 off my purchase today. I applied for the card at the register then was ask to go around to the desk to get on the phone with card agent. Gave him some more info and then she came back to the register to say it would take 10 days to process and I would receive my coupon in the mail if approved. This happen to another lady beside me. too. I have an excellent credit rating and was just approved at American Eagle 30 mins prior to this transaction. In the 25 years I have applied for credit cards on the spot I have never been turned down nor had to speak to a credit card rep. To me this is insulting considering my credit score is excellent and make over 114, 000 year. I personally thank this is scam to get customers to come back to your store to buy more items and am thinking about reporting it to the Better Business Bureau. I should not have been put through this insulting process. I am very unhappy. If my daughter did not want a PINK backpack so bad I would have voided my whole purchase. Went to Victoria Secret in Brookfield Square. Purchased a lot went shopping 4 times at that location because of the big sale. I had to go back several different times because security piece was left on. I had to make a couple of trips. The Manager Andra gave me a 20 percent off discount because of the Inconvenience . I requested. I purchased more items on my way out the alarm went off had to go back in the cashier forgot to take it off again. So I went home another item had another security piece on had to go back again to have it removed with my receipt. Manager was very rude act like it was my fault. The cashiers can”t even do their job and make sure the security piece is off. Then the manager has a attitude trust me I am not shopping at that location ever again I am a gold card holder.

Question: Is it the protocol of VS to remove all race of people from a store if one person of that race is caught stealing? Please inform me so that I can stop purchasing and return all my VS purchases ASAP. It is evident of a viral video, which I”m sure you have viewed that a store manager in Oxford, AL mall ask two black females to leave the store after another black female who was neither kin or affiliated to the other two, was caught stealing. This type of action could cause a boycott of your store. I personally have already purchased several gift sets for Christmas but will return them ASAP.
