Purchased fridge just over a year ago and added 5 year warranty plan ($500) to repair or replace unit if needed. My icemaker had failed and it has been over a month waiting on part. Now they tell me it will be possibly mid March. Over 2 months. I called Samsung and they said the part is available.. The warranty plan said to repair or replace unit. I think after this long, it”s time to get off your [censor] and replace my unit or reimburse me. Your service sucks..
