So I ordered the 30 day supply to TRY this product and you are forced into a “membership” so they can keep charging your card! They said they already sent me the new product so i have to return that before i get my refund. SO MAD! My papers I recieved do not say anything about automatically sending new product and charging the card. i had to go digging into the terms and conditions online in order to find the itty bitty fine print that says by ordering you opt into automatically getting the product sent monthly! The product itself made my fine hair feel dirty all the time and like a waxy wire feeling, its gross… DO NOT BUY

This company will needs to be reported to the FTC. There are many complaints and as I read them, they match mine perfectly. They are not following the guidelines regarding the FTC and they are stealing money from many consumers. If you get ahold of anyone in their customer service department, they respond very friendly and assure you that it has been handled. Do not believe them. The only way to get something done is to report them to the proper agency. A few years ago there was another company that did the same exact scam and the FTC knows all about these types of scammers. You must file a formal complaint otherwise they will not know and therefore they will not do anything. Go to Ftc.gov and file the complaint. Have a great day! Knowledge is power

This company is a sham!! First of all i thought it would be a nice gift to give my sister for Christmas. There is a hidden membership that i did not see on the website when i ordered. I recieved a second box after i called to complain and let them know that my sister was not satisfied with the product because it made her hair greesy and fall out. They charged my account, and i called to cancel, they said they would send me a return postage and credit my account, i only recieved partial credit, but never recieved the postage to send it back. Then last month i recieved a third box, and i got fed up and called to speak with a supervisor, was not sent to a supervisor, instead the guy i spoke with said he had canceld my account, and would send a postage sheet, and once they recived the tracking number they would re credit my account. If i send this box back and do not get credited, i am thinking about submitting to the better buisiness burea, and filing a fraud claim…Fair warning to anyone wanting this product, do not order it!!!

This company along with their product is nothing less than a scam. They trick you into a subscription for their product and when you get the surprise next shipment a month later you have already tried their product and realize that the product is horrible. It leaves your hair dirty and heavy. When you call to get a refund they tell you to ship it back…but it costs more to ship it back then the product is worth. They continue to charge you every couple of weeks and tell you that the return process takes 6 weeks…so that they can charge you more. When I called to complain…and was put on the phone with a manager named Shirley…she hung up on me purposely. DON’T BUT THIS PRODUCT…IT IS A HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND THE COMPLANY EXHIBTS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES…THEY TRICK YOU INTO A SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE IF THE PRODUCT HAD TO SELL ITSELF THEY WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS ALREADY! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OTHER THEN HANGING UP ON YOU AND CONTINUING TO CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY ARE THIEVES!!! BEWARE!!!

They just help their self to my Bank Account. Took whatever amount they wanted without my approval. I call this Theft beware do not make the mistake I did. I called their Customer Service number and the lady I spoke with said I”m sorry but we can offer you a 20 percent discount. REALLY what part do you people understand I want the money you basically stolen from my bank account. She kept rattling of we can do this we can do that come on hush and tell me who I need to speak with to handle your theft. Well guess what according to her there wasn”t anyone to help me. So I go back on line log on to their web site and there it is my banking information so I was great I will just take it out then my information won”t be stored WRONG ANSWER you can”t delete payment information only add well what a KA-WINKE-DINK. THEFT ALL OVER IT, , BEWARE, BEWARE, and if anyone has experienced the same thing please email me at [protected]@gmail.com, I figure if we can get enough people together then we may be able to turn a complaint into the AG”S office. Started using about the end of 2014 to the middle of 2015 after a few months I noticed a rash around my face and sores in my head . My hair dresser ask me is your hair coming out? So I tried a new shampoo she had in her shop. My rash went away and so did the sores. I still didn”t put two and two together. Went back to wen again and sure enough it started happening again and that”s when I knew that it was the wen products. I always had very thick hair now my hair is not nearly as thick as it was . I am sorry that I ever tried Wen. I won”t make that mistake again and will tell anyone not to purchase it”s not worth the gamble.

This place is crazy! Not only did i cancel once online, but after numerous phone calls (That the last customer service rep could not seem to “find”) they just billed me again this morning for yet another shipment. Mind you, i thought the shipments had finally stopped because it”s been about six weeks. . . So just as i was heaving a sigh of relief *pop* there goes my email telling me that i”ve got a notification from my bank regarding another charge from chaz dean. Just so no one gets upset, i”m sure it”s not chaz dean”s fault. By all accounts he is a lovely person and would not hurt a soul, but this is making my blood boil and making me very unhappy towards him and his product line and his system. And the product was not a bad product, it was a nice product. It was a pretty product, i liked it. But i don”t need it anymore. I”ve got maybe a ziillion bottles stocked up and won”t ever need it again as far as i can see, and if i do, i know where to go. But please, people, stop billing me and sending me stuff i already have and do not want. I lead a super busy lifestyle like the rest of humanity working 12 hour days at a busy trauma hospital as an rn, in school full time to pursue my master”s degree, and have a busy and fulfilling personal life, believe it or not. I”d much rather be doing something else besides writing on here regarding this, but hopefully me writing it will nudge the chaz dean people into figuring out a more streamlined way to cancel accounts and a way to stop sending stuff to people who have requested it to stop. Also, the helper on the phone was infuriating, she just kept repeating the same few sentences over and over, “unfortunately,. . . ” folks, anytime a sentence starts with “unfortunately” you can bet you won”t like the answer, and i sure didn”t. I”m hoping the people who work for chaz dean monitor sites like this and will contact me regarding my problem. If not, i can always go to facebook and express my extreme dissatisfaction. Beware!!

This stuff is horrible it i have very thick long hair, i figured i’d give this a try it made my rppts so greasy i was too grossed out to run my fingers thru my hair and my end were so dry they felt like hay my once beautiful shiny healthy hair was ruined in a matter of weeks by this *** product. you know whats an amazing shampoo and conditioner? aveeno active NATURALES. i didint see any sulfate in the ingredients either. aveeno has restored my hair plus it seriously moisterized my ends and made my roots soft anf fluffy with serious volume. i mean the *** infomercial shows them using wen on a model and then STYLING her hair with a blowdryer where as the other models hair is just air dried ya compared to that it looks great but it is crap save a BUNCH of money and buy the aveeno products they will do wonders with your hair and with the extra money you save you can buy yourself a gold star for making a better decision 🙂

This is a complete scam! I ordered the product and then tried to cancel the next day. I was told by the customer service department that they hadn’t processed my information yet, and it could take up to 48 hours. I checked my bank account that same day and the charges had already come out. I called them back, demanding to speak to a supervisor, which I never got because they were all “busy’. The customer service rep told me that once the order had shipped they could not cancel the order, and I would have to return the product once I received it. However, after reading all of these complaints it appears they don’t make good on their promise of refund anyway. I went to the bank (immediately) and canceled my debit card, to make sure they couldn’t continue to bill me. However, I’m upset that I paid for this crap that I may never even receive. If I do get it, I’m hesitant to even try it, because of the reports that it causes your hair to fall out and redness on your scalp and neck. Live and learn, I’ll never order anything online again without checking all reviews and complaints.

Wen hair products do not work any better than any other hair product I’ve used. It actually started to make my hair look worse! I received a free sample through proactiv, just pay shipping and handling. I called to cancel and they had already sent me another box but it cost 90 dollars!! I never agreed to this or wanted this. No one informed me of this when I called to order my sample for just the shipping. I can not stand places that do business this way, like they try to sneak things in and think you’ll be too lazy to do anything about it. Well I canceled and had to shoot through hoops to get the representative to tell me what to do to get my money back. All they do is ignore what the customer is saying and try to talk you out of sending it back. It’s a crappy product! too expensive for what it is! They finally agreed to cancel and remove my card. A few weeks later I see they charged me again! I understand I had to pay for the other one they sent (even though I didn’t agree to it in the first place) and I would get my money back when they received my return. But for them to tell me I would not be charged anything else and they still did! I have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks to get that charge back too! Their way of business is ridiculous. They try to get money where ever they can!

Wen Hair Care Products – Guthy Rinker. I am very disgusted with this company, not only did they hit my account for over 97.00, but when I called Customer Servuce to return the product, they said I would have to have it sent with a return receipt, costing me another 12.00, this was to guarantee my refund. When I finally got my refund they charged me over 31.00. What a joke, so this whole return cost me over 43.00. I will never do business with them again, and will tell all my friends what a rip off.
